      A job offer from a US employer who will sponsor you must obtain a US sponsorship visa for employment. Your job experience may allow you for some job openings. However, this is dependent on the job criteria and company. Investigate job opportunities and seek advice from a US immigration attorney about your eligibility.

      I agree. Most people think that investing in crypto is all about holding till it rises, with the recent crash in the market we should know that long term price predictions are very difficult to achieve. Trading with Ms Justina Jackson make me realize that rather than gamble on long term investment and still losing to the dip. it's better to trade crypto on short and make profit. I trade under her too

    H1-B is a lottery system and TN is for highly skilled workers. Why didnt you mention or describe these as they are the most common amd most likely routes

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  7 місяців тому

      H1-B visas and TN visas are indeed significant pathways for individuals seeking employment in the United States, especially for those in specialized occupations. The H1-B visa program is designed for employers in the U.S. to hire foreign workers in specialty occupations that require theoretical or technical expertise. One of the key characteristics of the H1-B visa is its lottery system, due to the high demand and the cap on the number of visas issued annually. This system is used to randomly select applicants for a limited number of visas.
      On the other hand, the TN visa category is part of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which facilitates temporary employment in the U.S. for eligible Canadian and Mexican citizens. It is designed for individuals in certain professions listed in the NAFTA agreement, allowing them to work in the U.S. more easily and with fewer restrictions compared to other visa categories. TN visas are considered a more streamlined process for eligible nationals of Canada and Mexico, especially because it does not involve a lottery system and does not have an annual cap.
      Both of these visa categories are indeed common routes for employment-based entry into the United States, with the H1-B being available to a wide range of nationalities and the TN visa catering specifically to Canadian and Mexican nationals under the provisions of NAFTA (now replaced by the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, USMCA).

      @visalibrary  Місяць тому

      The processing time for a US employment visa can vary, but it typically takes several months. The exact time depends on factors like the type of visa, the specific case, and the current workload of the US embassy. It's best to start the application process as early as possible and consult with the US embassy in Uganda for a more accurate timeline.

      @visalibrary  3 місяці тому

      If you have a job offer from a U.S. employer and are looking for visa sponsorship options other than the H-1B visa, you might consider the following alternatives:
      L-1 Visa: For intra-company transferees who work in managerial positions or have specialized knowledge.
      E-2 Visa: For investors from countries with treaties with the U.S. who are investing a substantial amount in a U.S. business.
      O-1 Visa: For individuals with extraordinary ability or achievement in their field.
      TN Visa: For Canadian and Mexican citizens under the USMCA (formerly NAFTA) agreement.
      E-3 Visa: For Australian nationals working in specialty occupations.

    What are the requirement paper of sponsorship visa for usa and how can apply for sponsorship visa process ?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  Рік тому

      To sponsor a family member for a visa to the U.S., you must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and complete Form I-130 with USCIS, Form I-864, participate in an interview at a U.S. embassy or consulate, and present the necessary documentation. Because the procedure might be complicated, seek the advice of an experienced immigration attorney.

    How can I get visa sponsorship barista job's coffee shop USA visa sponsorship???

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  6 місяців тому

      Finding a visa sponsorship for a barista position in a coffee shop in the USA can be challenging, as visa sponsorships are typically offered for jobs that require highly specialized skills or are in industries with a shortage of U.S. workers. However, it's not entirely out of reach. Here are a few steps you might consider:
      Research Employers: Look for large coffee shop chains or specialty coffee shops that are known to sponsor visas. Some larger corporations have programs in place for international hiring.
      Networking: Connect with people working in the coffee industry in the U.S. through social media platforms, forums, and professional networks. They can offer advice, share experiences, and might know employers willing to sponsor visas.
      Job Platforms: Utilize job search platforms that focus on industries offering visa sponsorships. Some websites allow you to filter your job search by companies willing to sponsor visas.
      Cultural Exchange Programs: Explore cultural exchange or training programs that might offer opportunities to work in the U.S. as a barista. These programs sometimes have partnerships with coffee shops and can provide J-1 visa sponsorship.
      Consult an Immigration Lawyer: They can provide personalized advice and might know specific pathways or employers more inclined to sponsor your visa based on current immigration policies.

    If i get B1 B2 visa,can i find a sponsor to work inside USA?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  7 місяців тому

      No, a B1/B2 visa is a visitor visa for business and tourism purposes and does not allow you to work in the USA or automatically switch to a work visa while inside the USA. To work in the USA, you need to obtain an appropriate work visa sponsored by an employer before entering the country.

    How to find an h2a Visa employer sponsor

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  7 місяців тому

      To find an H-2A visa employer sponsor, you typically need to follow these steps:
      Understand the H-2A Visa Program: The H-2A visa program allows U.S. employers to bring foreign nationals to the United States to fill temporary agricultural jobs. It's important to familiarize yourself with the requirements and conditions of the H-2A program to ensure you qualify.
      Search for H-2A Job Listings: Look for H-2A job listings on official U.S. government websites, such as the Department of Labor's (DOL) Electronic Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC). The OFLC provides a list of current H-2A job orders through its website.
      Use Workforce Agencies: State Workforce Agencies (SWAs) also list H-2A job opportunities. These agencies can provide assistance and information about current job openings and help connect you with potential employers.
      Consult Farmworker Organizations: Non-profit organizations and advocacy groups working with farmworkers often have information on H-2A opportunities and can assist in connecting workers with employers.
      Check Job Boards and Agribusiness Websites: Some agricultural employers post H-2A opportunities directly on their websites or on job boards that specialize in agricultural employment. Websites like AgCareers.com, Farm Job Search, and others can be useful resources.
      Networking: Networking with individuals already working in the agricultural sector in the U.S. can also lead to information about potential H-2A employers looking for workers.
      Contact Employers Directly: If you have identified potential employers through your research, consider contacting them directly to inquire about H-2A sponsorship opportunities. Some employers may not have listed their need for H-2A workers publicly but could be considering the program.
      Work with a Recruiter: Some recruiters specialize in placing workers in H-2A jobs. Be cautious and research any recruiter or agency thoroughly to avoid scams. Legitimate recruiters should not charge you for finding a job.
      Stay Informed About Visa Requirements: Make sure you understand the visa process and requirements. Employers who use the H-2A program must submit a job order to the SWA and file an H-2A application with the DOL. Once approved, the employer can extend a job offer that allows you to apply for the H-2A visa.

    Hi sir. How it take if my wife sponsor by employer how many years it takes

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  10 місяців тому

      The time it takes for an employer to sponsor a U.S. visa for your wife depends on the type of visa and various factors including processing times, the employer's readiness, and legal complexities. Generally, employment-based visa processes like H-1B can take several months to a year or more. For permanent residency (Green Card) through employment, the process can take several years, depending on the category and the country of origin. These timeframes are estimates and can vary.

    question, Im from Philippines, i recently got labor certificate approved after 15 months, how many estimate months or years overall process time of immigrant visa employer sponsorship on USA?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  Рік тому +1

      The overall timeline for the immigrant visa process through employer sponsorship in the USA can vary, but it typically takes several years. You've already completed the PERM Labor Certification stage, which can take over a year. The next steps involve filing Form I-140, establishing a priority date, and waiting for visa availability in your category and country. After that, you'll go through either consular processing or adjustment of status, which can take several months. The entire process requires close coordination with your employer and staying updated on the visa bulletin for priority date information.

    Good information brother my question is I applied sponsor job and the company I applied for their just emailed me saying send your international passport photo and phone number of WhatsApp for easy communication but they don't tells me if I have got the job or not what does it mean

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  Рік тому

      When a company requests your passport photo and WhatsApp number after a job application, it indicates initial interest and a desire for efficient communication. However, it doesn't guarantee that you've secured the job. It's a common part of the early evaluation process. To clarify your status, provide the requested information promptly and inquire about the next steps in the hiring process.

    Hlo there, i am doing masters in uk can i have a sponsorship from america on the basis of this degree?

    • @visalibrary
      @visalibrary  Рік тому

      You may be eligible for sponsorship in the United States based on your UK master's degree, primarily through employer sponsorship or by utilizing the Optional Practical Training (OPT) program if you're on an F-1 student visa. Employer sponsorship involves securing a job with a U.S. employer willing to sponsor your work visa. Alternatively, OPT allows you to work in your field of study for up to 12 months (or more for STEM degrees) without employer sponsorship, giving you the opportunity to seek U.S. employment and potentially secure sponsorship. Keep in mind that U.S. immigration policies can change, so it's crucial to stay updated and consult official sources or an immigration attorney for the latest information and requirements.
