Thank you for your comment. Hang the end of the necklace on a door or something and make an all-knot. It is important to enlarge the holes of the last three pearls to 1.0mm in advance. It's a lot of work, but enjoy the work of tying each pearl one by one.
@@LauraSolis-dg1cz A regular sewing needle is too thick, so as you said, if you try to drill a hole in a pearl, the needle may bend. I use a thin needle for beads. Also, a regular pearl hole is 0.7mm, but if you can drill a hole in a pearl, it is easier to make it 0.8mm. I don't have a needle on hand right now, so I can't measure the thickness. I will tell you the thickness of the needle over the weekend. If you can't find a thin needle, please ask me for advice. I will try attaching the needle to the letter. Also, for all-knot, the size of the holes in the three pearls of the chopsticks needs to be 0.8-0.9mm or more. A total of six threads will pass through those three pearls, so if the holes remain normal size, it will be very difficult to thread the needle. I hope these are helpful. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me.
I worked there for over 10 years until March of this year, but I'm now leaving. The pearl farm is located on an island at the westernmost tip of Japan. It's between Japan and Korea, and you can see Korea from the island, so close.
My blue thread is not directly attached to the needle. A very thin thread is attached to the needle, and then the thin thread and the blue thread are attached. This way, it is easier to change the needle. It also prevents the blue thread from breaking, because if too much pressure is applied to the thread, the thin thread will break first. Did I answer your question properly? I sincerely hope you make a great all-knot.

The needle is 0.35mm and the thread is tex size 80. The thinner the needle, the easier it is to use. The thread is thicker than the thread generally used for sewing, but this size is common for pearl products. Apart from this, if the pearl drill is not in good condition, the thread is likely to break. If the hole of the pearl is not smooth, it will cause the thread to break. Usually, the hole of the pearls used for necklaces is 0.7mm. When making an all-knot necklace, the holes of the last three pearls need to be made larger, 0.8-1.0mm, because six threads need to pass through them. This is an important point in completing the all-knot well. The process of all-knot is very simple, but if the size of the hole of the pearl and the size of the needle used are not suitable, the work will be very difficult. These explanations of mine may be incomplete for you. Please feel free to ask me if you have any questions. Thank you.
I am just learning to string pearls and this video has been so helpful.

What kind of needle is that? I use the needle that comes attached to the thread but it gets all crooked and hard to get it through the hole.
