- So we are back with more Conqueror's Blade as we dive into the PTR server and get stuck into some Teutonic Unit testing for the new Season 17 units. Pretty interesting mix of units with this one, generally it seems to be a relatively balanced selection of units, nothing feels like its crazy over powered.

I am really looking forward to next season! I have always been a fan of infrantry based meta in CB and it looks like we are getting a full range of options via the masteries for Heraldic units and the new seasonal units. Going to be running around with heavy infrantry all of next season and having a blast.
The wait for the new season felt like it was longer than usual. Was so eager to see what Western season we were getting. Zweihanders looks cool.
with my testing the Kriegsbruders the bottom line seems more viable because on top of the heal for there sword skill, they get an effect where every time they get hit it reduces the cooldown of their sword skill by .5 seconds which really allows you to spam the skill if they charge into a blob.

Definitely looking forward to the Zweihanders, but I'm interested in the season's events. I have to say I'm more of a fan of eastern units, and stuff like the new skin for Modao. I was very much into that one skin you could get with the vault keys, but Im fairly new to the game, and I didn't manage to get them in the end. Next time there's an event like it, I'll definitely be ready!

I am really looking forward to seeing a meta shift in holding points when stacking the knights with shields. It seems like they would be a good combo with myrms in that they can enhance directional defense at a choke point for a short bit and then push forward.

Yes the Zweihänder are really nice. The Names are not correctly in English , Its Kriegsbrueder [Kriegsbrüder] and Zweihaender [Zweihänder] but il accept it (And Schutzdiener without the s)

I have been away from this game for almost a year now since the job I have takes all of my time.
Now that I fell down and broke my spine and ribbs, maybe I can play a little until I recover. For me it would be Zweihaners since I lack decent t5 melee units.

I'm just excited of the season in general. Always love knights especially Teutonics, Templars, Hospitaller. The archers seems fun to try out and and the outfits looks nice.
I look forward to new units mostly. As a newish player I didn't had a chance to unlock a lot of units as they were being introduced. This time I will unlock full new season. With that I hope we will get some cool new events to play so we can win a lot awards.
You guys will have a head start on me tho, since I'm getting married on the 16th, so I will start new season a little bit late, but battle pass would really help with that. xD

I am definitely looking forward for the new units. I can't wait to see them, especially the tier 4 and 5 units. Those design looks gorgeous and I can't wait to see them in action. I am also looking forward to the European server merge and see how it will be work. Maybe they will open a fourth region as well. I can't wait for the new season to begin

Looking forward to? By far the Zweihanders. I've been hoping for a Doppelsoldner-type unit ever since I started playing, and now the dream has come true--and they look GREAT!
Just got back into CB and I'm so excited to see the 2 handed swords as I honestly enjoyed using the claymores. I also studied german for me GCSEs so it's kinda cool to finally use it to understand these unit names, lmao. Would love a battle pass to get my first non-free skin! Möge der beste Krieger gewinnen!
i am looking forward to running with a few friends one of us having a shield wall and the other with them archers to heal the front line. that's pretty epic. the Teutonic knights is one of my favorite looking back when i played medieval 2 total war. so im looking forward to this.
I hope that the game will be balanced in terms of units, as units below the fifth level and the same type can be killed easily, as happened with Men-at-Arms against the shield. The shield is supposed to be stronger than them because they are the ones who will take time to obtain it and level him up and they are more expensive than them in terms of Re-provide them with a unit kit
The Zweihanders are looking really awesome:)! I only have Iron Repears maxed as my Tier 5 units so I think that now I found a reason to do some more grinding to get another unit:)!

Some of my house mates were in ptr. The first ability out of brace can block onna musha with enough timing. They do beat onna musha and reapers too.

My goodness am i looking forward to this teutonic season! From the battlepass attire to the almighty Zweihanders! Interesting how they would get countered.
I am looking forward to the Zweihander dudes. As a LS main I even suggested a hero be made with that weapon. It is also very nice that we have two seasons in a row with tier 5 infantry. I find that much better than tier cav. At the same time we haven't had a good tier 4 cav in a while. The last one was the camels and they don't really play like a cav unit. Overall the season is yet another 10/10 in terms of era and aesthetics. I think this will be yet another awesome season. The only reserves I have are about the archers but a bad tier 3 unit isn't fatal.
I’m most looking forward to seeing how effective the t3 archers perform in game, ranged healing seems so beneficial for team play/support

Coming back to CB this season because of the Teutonic Knight theme as it's my favourite
Ever since I missed the season 1 (the closest thing to knight armor) I've been waiting for a knightly theme.

The reason im looking forward the next season is im going back to game after skipping last two, getting back with my housemates, and chaos EU1 and EU2 merge will unleash. We will all be finally be able to be there out to get you!

looking forward tothe new cav, I'm a big Keshigs nostalgic and I think they could partially fill the gap("they are an interesting unit"). New unit attire looks amazing too. Can't wait for my paladins to wear that helmet.
I'm really looking forward to both the new units and the skins that are coming this season. I've always preferred infantry over other types of units, so having a new gold tier solid infantry is really exciting. The skins also look pretty damn cool and there's a couple of units I think they would look good on.

Interesting season. I thought for a Teutonic season the tier 5 would be a cav unit, the zweihanders were a pleasant surprise (for me, an infantry main). Their appearance is also cool, I like the "bucket" helm it is an awesome design
I can't wait to get those new healing archers..... I can see a ton of support mechanics from them.
The Zweihanders tier 5 unit is the most exciting thing for me how they are good vs most of the infantary and cavs looking for good season

Im genuinely looking forward the new healy archers , I love being supportive with bagpipes and alchemists and bannerlords. this is just another support unit to throw in my warband and be useful in a way other than "do dmg" and thats just a really fun play style for me:)
One thing i have noticed and are looking for would be unit survivability and multi-use.
Healing at range...very nice

What can i say about great swords...got to love Great weapon Vampires....hmmm

I am really exited about the new archer units. Maybe they will be a game changer for the supporting class in general. It can change the future gameplay for big sieges.
I think it's kinda interesting that almost every Knight Unit has some sort of heal, Men at Arms and Spear Seargents with Mastery, Paladins, Stalwarts (although it's not really a big heal), Mace Seargents (if you want to count them) and the 3 new Units.

Most looking forward to the theme in general, the Teutonic order makes for a greattttt theme, hyped to see what regions are active and overall just hyped to see what happens during the season. sengoku was pretty good, lets hope knightfall is even better

The things that I'm most looking forward are the skins, both for heros, horse and units. They're sick!

I am mainly looking forward to the dude with a long sword unit. mainly because I main tanky units that are incredibly slow but do so much damage. that's due to the fact I like to charge into every battle scenario I see swinging my sword wildly in the vague direction of the enemy and praying the hits land, so I need troops that can take quite a beating.
I'm looking forward to the Zweihanders, they look awesome and I love units which can heal themselves, don't have to run back to supply point and can stay close to the front line. The archers healing seems a bit overpowered, I saw healing up to 1500 and with 20 sec cooldown 😅.
I would like to see more runes honestly for next season !

Realling feeling like getting the kriegsbruders since the hp and defence boost. Wanna see if its comboable with other units with high dps low hp
What I expected from a new season is that as I wish there was a Roman season it would be very epic but with this new season that just seeing the units and character skins made me fall in love. So I will sharpen my swords for the new season and see you on the battlefield all conquerors blade players.

most looking forward to zykalian and musket bomb spam during blue season, many sally's with ultra fast and ultra healing cav during purple and 16 mauls with CC immune healing destruction monsters. Obviously will be playing but am abit worried seeing how onna's and strong cav influenced the game previous(current) season

Looking forward to trying the medic achers like what they did with allowing them to damage and heal even if its not alot they feel more useful then our other current support units that literally no one bothers with cause its a waste of leadership
Alchemists are too stupid with first skill,they run over to heal units and die ,smoke on them is pointless since it prevents ranged fire only if you throw it at archers or muskets -good luck with short range they have,their ability by doctrine is awesome thou -a long lasting dot heal for everyone.Too bad they just die too easy to ranged fire.
Rattan vipers are one of those game breaking units that nobody plays since their damage is not that great -i hope they put some unit mastery at them to fix it.75% dmg reduction on posioned people is insane and almost every time it changes course of battle

But now finally crusader season so i'm allready getting hype back into new season! I play longsword and shield and love support units so i cant wait to try these heal archers in battle! Looking forward the new archers. The previous healers had to be far too close to the fight to be viable. But now, with the melee and shield meta being back, ranged healer healing your front line do sounds very interesting.

I really want to get back into the game but I just feel so behind. I think the knight unit will be pretty good and I hope they don’t get forgotten like so many other units.

Honestly man, i'm really looking forward to the theme of the season. For some reason it really reminds me of season five, and the new cavalry units kind of seems like paladins and kheshigs had a baby
