Great video. GOD was with you during this video. A Vicious Wolf passed right behind you at the 6:06 point of this video. I have to give you a 10 out of 10 on this video for your Instructional capabilities. The way you were willing to sacrifice your brand new airplane as an example on what Not to do. Not too many Instructors would ever go to that extent to get their point across. Hopefully your Thrust Angle didn't move on your motor mount. . Love your content. Keep em coming.
haha your bird instantly giving you shit straight after crashing on the maiden is class mate genuinely made my night reminds me of why im so happy being single :')
Though that wasn't a high speed crash, I'm actually surprised at the minimal damage because it hit pretty good and I really was expecting to see a wing or gear snapped off. Sucks to crash though, but I would say for putting a plane into the ground, that was definately on the better side as far damage to repair.
Oh dear, second review I saw on this plane and both came down hard. Sorry for your plane man but you still inspire me to fly more. Thx for sharing and greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱
This isn’t feature creep, I think they are trying to figure out the best way to do this. The rj gritter, super Timber and this all have different quick connect systems. They are trying to see what holds up the best. I think this one will, and it’s worth the negligible weight.
“I like my planes nose heavy” followed by “let’s swap to a 4S” Followed by “I’m not gunna waste time, going straight up” resulted in a relatable outcome.
For Christmas I’m going to ask for the Hobby King C-130 with the coastguard livery and so I was wondering if you could do another vid on it and show me what remote you use for it
Horizon needs to make a Valiant V2 that had NAV lights, easy connect wings and the battery compartment is in the cockpit. It’s already a good plane, why not upgrade?
Would buy immediately. Also would buy a Timber in the 1.1 size range (but not the stubby X version), its been what, 3 or 4 releases since we've had a Timber. LOL
@@Jays_rcgarage In his video Adam said that the crash was his fault. He took off the horizontal stab to show how easy it was to dismantle the plane and pulled on the elevator servo wire too hard. Unknown to him the servo wire had been loosened and was only just hanging on so when he flew the model again the wire came away from the receiver and he lost control. This model reminds me of my Parkzone Artisan that I bought about ten years ago. It too was a model for intermediate flyers wanting to have a go at aerobatics and is the same size and operates on 3s 2200 batteries and has a very similar look to it. A great flyer. I still have it, fly it regularly, and have lost count of the number of flights it has had.
If you buy the PNP version, you can use your transmitter and receiver from the Bigfoot arrows. If you fly your Bigfoot with a Spektrum receiver, you can buy the BNF version.
From your recent video about the best beginner RC airplane (FMS Ranger 1220mm V2), you mentioned that you are giving it away. So who's gonna win it? I have always wanted an RC plane, I have never gotten one and I am a huge aviation geek. Just starting Aircraft maintenance college.
Not all aircraft have to be 3D capable. If you’re a budding 3D pilot don’t buy this, better options are available. This aircraft is going to be the most fun doing exactly what it was designed to do, big sport style aerobatics.
I had never done this, then was joy piloting my SUS 1.2 this weekend, looked at the left trim for a second and drove it into the ground, LOL. Shattered the prop, bent the stick frame and buried the motor in mud, but a cleanup, “bending back” frame and prop swap and she still flew great!

You are the best rc air plain flyer

I'm just learning . I'm just learning to bring a dog so i can blame anything other than myself .
Are you sure the sun wasn't in your eye ??? Jkjk
That looks like my beloved Testors from my teens (back in the 70's)
That was a perfect video. Let's be honest, most folks getting this plane are going to do what you did. Now we know it can take a lick 💪🏿
Eflite has massive sigma rizz with these new wing connectors. I can’t wait for all the planes to be blessed with this
Feature creep adds weight.

wtf does that mean

@ Jay do you have a detailed cream ratio of a M1 Abrams tank, would be cool to see.
Here to stop people from saying first, also congrats on 700k subs!
lol I like all the comments, appreciate you man 🔥
Can I have a plane 😢
I can't wait to get this plane!

Would this be a good beginners plane?
can you land the Sportix on short gras or are the tires too small ?
Great video! Like yellow too lol

"Lets not crash a brand new plane"
immediately crashes brand new plane lmao
Are they expensive?
Man, that’s 2 reviewers that crashed this plane. It’s cursed!
Who's the other?
@@Jays_rcgarage Model AV8R mentioned crashing his but not on the maiden and didn't show it on video.

think it will do better on a 3s with a 2200 because of the weight
JAY PLEASE ANSWER THIS Can I use the transmitter from the arrows bigfoot WITH THIS PLANE??

Am a huge fan of you
maybe if i win a lottery i will buy it xd
I live on Long Island too. What is that field that you are using
We fly at the Wing Nuts field in Calverton N.Y. west of Riverhead.
@@josephryan6593Thank you!!
it looks like a mini me for the Extra

I was wondering if you do giveaways
Sometimes! I give stuff away locally almost daily. Hard to ship planes
Cool
The golden rule ...never take your eye off the plane...but we all do it...😂...reason I always bring more than one plane to flying field...

Man thing looks pretty durable it happens to everyone that fly s the one reason I've rever went deep into the hobby just can't afford it
You should swap to a 12 x 6 prop for 3s
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Great plane. We all crash my man
Ouch!
I wonder if I was the only one who thought it sounded like legos when it crashed.
Your good body if you never crach you are not having fun. The best pilot cratch some time
Kinda like my Artizan
crashing is a part of the RC hobby, so don't get too down on yourself even if its a brand new plane.
Proprietary battery connectors are annoying.
"It all happened so fast" *instantly crashes the plane* 🤣. Hey man where is your accent from? Forgive me but as someone British, I can't place it.
2 kinds or RC Pilots, those that have crashed, and those that will crash.
😄👌
You buried the plane into the snap with zero airspeed left and slammed it into the tarmac. Then you blamed the dog.
Now I blame you. It was your fault! Let me know where to send the bill 💸
@Jays_rcgarage you never let me down lmao
@@Jays_rcgaragefunniest comment ive ever seen😂
please can I have one
Day 38 asking for help building and converting a balsa wood Cessna 172 Skyhawk into an rc flying model.

I apologize greatly but I cannot find your reply anywhere. What did you say?

also not first

This guy doesn't reply to anyone. Maybe if you offered him a Cannoli? Or some Salami?
