Furama has two restaurants that I am aware of. One in New Chinatown up in Argyle and the other in 26th street. I wished the owner was forthcoming, but the new owner has only own it for about 4 years, but 26th street restaurant has been around since 1990s, when they competed against Big Three Happiness on Cermak/Wentworth (now a road). Later, Furama bought Big Three Happiness from the three original Moy brothers who later retired. The dim sum is decent, but I tend to go to my local dim sum inside Chinatown where I do not need to drive. Beside, I recalled Furama is one of the last big sized banquet style restaurant like Chiam, Haylemon, and Won Kow, which are all closed.
