A well school football player knows well that shot power comes from the thighs, hips, and the core (abs). Mostly from the core. If your core is weak, no matter how long your legs are, you’re not gonna generate enough power. Long legs and height are good for generating more altitude because of the wider swing, but not bullet-like power.
