We should normalize Simmers using as many packs as they want in the build without feeling guilty. If someone that doesn’t have all the packs still wants to place it I’m sure they can find something to replace the missing item(s)

It's funny how Kayla often struggles to fit all the things she wants to use on lots because she always builds on these tiny lots 😅 If I build any sort of park etc, or something that requires really large objects, I'm immediately like "OKAY 50 X 50 LOT LET'S GO" and then I just use a ridiculous amount of landscaping if I'm struggling to fill all of the surface area haha
also this build she’s set the fence in 2 tiles the whole way around which looks good, except she’s taken away so much extra build space on an already small lot for a community pool!

honestly for pools, i think a bit smaller is better. that pool lot in get together always feels ridiculously huge.
Yeah but a pool doesn’t need anything other than a shower, seating, toilets, shower, and a pool. Maybe some extra stuff if you’re fancy. None of the pools I went to were huge

I can’t remember if it’s in debug, but I swear there’s a bike rack that would’ve been PERFECT for the front space that Kayla was struggling with. Obviously not functional but would’ve fit the vibes.

The EnglishSimmer just posted a video about her idea about The Sims "Hot Refresh". Many are thinking it's the Calientes. I am hoping it's an update to water park/pool stuff. Since they did add the splash pad items with growing together... I'm hoping they'll give us more summertime fun options.

Thank you, I love it. I have also added a vending machine and have assigned sunny, convivial and kids play lot traits.
Now I want them to make a pool kit - some new swimwear, hats, sunglasses and some build items like slides which you can add to pools, inflatables etc

there are very nice non-slip paving materials now that helps with playground and pool builds (IRL) cement, concrete, gravel and such hurt tiny (and large) feet

Those walls in between the showers, does that come with the university pack along with the stand-alone shower heads? Also love this build. It's so realistic! Like the pool net hanging on the fence. That is definitely a good spot. I know you were questioning it but I think it looks good.
The shower dividers are from Snowy Escape, which also has a standalone shower.

In a campground my family and I used to go to, we had lounge chairs that had metal frames and plastic seating parts so it was always burning hot. They’d never bring them inside. And the bars to get out of the pool were metal too.

I really like this build simsie ♥️😍. Where I live there’s a kids park with playground equipment and a splash pad as well…I have a 5yr old so we go all the time lol but I’d love to possibly see a build like that as well🥰.
Yep. It's hot in my neck of the woods too. Lord. My area jumped from last week like, 65°F to now 🥵 87°F. I like the 80s but not right after a week of cool spring air.
As an English person, outdoor pools are sooo alien 👽. Like, if you have a public pool it’s indoors, even private ones. The idea of swimming outside in England in anything more than a paddling pool is so odd.
