The no main character thing is very cool. I’ll check this one out tonight.

I'm a perpetual first episode watcher and need to break this habit. I remember watching the first episode and enjoyed the wild chaos unleashed and how fast moving everything was. I don't remember if the CGI was particularly stunning, but it doesn't matter. Thanks for this review! You recommend some really good shows!

You shoul see "The Rapture" w/ Fox Mulder & actress Mimmie-?.Most disturbing, & no-holds-barred.Lines ARE crossed.

i loved 1st season, big fan, but 2nd was very mid to me, not bad, just mid, i re-watched 1st season before starting new one and difference is obvious
first of all 3 years of wait was very a long time and second, main thing - is that they didn't move anywhere new i would say, with the mystery of that event with decrees and people dragged somewhere hellish, they didn't add anything to it, just the fact that people can now return from hell and finale thing
like in a second season they don't develop anything, no one researching the initial event, they just live in a set world from 1st season - very bleak one, shitty people are being shitty, it's not about mystery anymore, but more about social commentary of that society and it's ok, it's just not that exciting anymore, it's more like squid game stuff - mad brutal society, we had it in a first season after demonstration all second part of a season was like that, dogmatic church and crush on heretics, in a new season aside from finale multi-decrees stuff, everything seems smaller, personal dramas stuff
happy that they released everything at once, it would be very disappointing wait every week for new episode

that is because season 1 is based on a Korean comic. the comic ended where season 1 ended. season 2 is pretty much constructed with no source material to sustain from. same happened to Sweer Home, another K-horror drama where first season was based on a Korean comic (loosely as the comic gets deep with the metaphors & symbolism, you could compare it to a Kiyoshi Kurosawa film.) but then they made up shit for every other season as again the first season ended were the comic ended.

Didn't know about this one, I am watching it right now.... First 5 minutes someone gets killed I like it lol. Plus most Korean horror does not disappoint

the cgi is awful, dropped the show after episode 2 or 3. i can live wth cgi in silly stuff like Tokyo Gore Police or Adam Chaplin, but not if im supposed to take it seriously

@@sinistercinemareviews5420 mostly, yeah. if my eyes can spot it, my enjoyment suffers.
especially in horror and action practical stuff is part of the core appeal to me 🦇
