i'm naturally left handed but golf right handed and right eye dominant and i always wondered if that hurt my golf. i hit a baseball right handed and played hockey right handed but throw, bowl and use tools left handed.
Thanks, Steve. You sound somewhat ambidextrous and, imho, this is generally a benefit (in any sport). You just need to harness and apply it. I'm very ambidextrous, as well (here's me striping a ball swinging lefty with a right-handed 8-iron: ua-cam.com/video/3mFDlwls3nM/v-deo.html ). I golf right-handed myself and am extremely long. So, I don't think this hurts your game. It's to your benefit to play righty if you are left-handed from the perspective of generating max power. Your lead arm is your dominant, stronger arm. Mickelson is the poster-boy for this (right-handed playing lefty). Of course, others might disagree, but this has been my experience. Best, RJ
