- Pinned into Reality is back and so is relaxed sewing. I took inspiration from a RTW t shirt I saw on Pinterest and recreated my own version.
Today I’m sharing an easy to sew raglan t shirt pattern with many options. I’ve chosen to make mine with two different fabrics for “texture blocking”. I am sharing in detail how to save fabric whilst cutting the t-shirt in only one length of fabric. Let’s use less fabric! More left over for other things :)

I always have so much fun watching your videos. Many time I watch from my big screen TV in the lining room. My son lives in Australia, and I vacationed there this last spring for a month they have lots of birds too. Kinda reminds me of the movie Under The Tuskin Sun when the bird poops on the lady wanting to buy the house. The home owner sold her the house because it was a sign of good fortune. I mostly custom make window treatments, but I sew for myself too and love it. I'm very inspired by you, and Whitney from Tomkat stitchery. I'm heading on over to get my FREE pattern! Thank you!

It is supposed to be good luck if a bird poops on you! I have been looking for a pattern to do a top I saw in a Netflix show (Hart of dixie, a top with black at the top and sleeves and leopard at the bottom) and I think this is it! I used your link and snapped it up while it was a $5 Friday! Cannot wait to take a break from mask making to make this top!

The birds always want to be the stars ⭐️. I’ve been cutting like this forever and thought I’d share because this really saves fabric when there’s no directional print or nap.

Karina, i am sorry I missed this video. I love this raglan T. You did a great job. I really like the lace and the ribbed fabric, so pretty together. I especially like the direction the ribs go around the neckline, looks very interesting! I can't believe how you held the camera with one hand and with the other hand, used a rotary cutter, to cut out the piece! I love birds so much. I was imagining that for you they might be a little disturbing when you are filming, However, to poop on your new shirt, that's not o.k. I did notice the spots & thought it had to be chalk. Thanks for great video.
You can still get the t shirt all weekend. Maybe check your notifications settings for this channel. If you tap on the bell and keep your finger on it, you can slide up to “all
Notifications” and the bell icon will have little squiggly lines on the top. Yeah I don’t know I cut with one hand 😃. It was because the fabric was stable and easy to handle.
I love the lace with the tee, and have been planning one for awhile, but I had not thought of doing it with a raglan shape. I have the Rockford Raglan already, so time to get to it! Your bird story is too funny! 🇨🇦

Raglan is my favourite style too. I've never thought of putting a lace sleeve on one, that's another project on my list 🤣 I already have the Classic Tee pattern but how great of Love Notions to give it away free.

The fabric is some type of cotton/poly blend? I never know for sure.
