Yeah, I'm a contractor too, in my area of Texas, way too many people built tiny houses out of these things without permits , tied them into city water and sewer and rented them out for extra income. Caused some big problems with cross connections. So the cities in my area have cracked down hard on sheds like this. You need two or three different permits now for these things, more permits if you want electrical and a concrete slab poured. Crazy, some people are spending 30k to have a detached catch all building to our junk in, in the back yard. It's beyond Ridiculous
I just purchased my new shed yesterday, so of course it the building process hasn't begun. Can I get a refund? This has become too much of an aggravation. I had someone that has 2 sheds tell me that someone would come to my home and take care of everything. I didn't know that it would all be my responsibility. I'm sure somebody else will want my $10,000.
its messed up.i have to pay thge government to get a permit to build on my land which i paid for and own, and even tho i own it, they tell me when when how high i can build somethin in my own yard....government is so corrupt, these assholes making the decisions forgot long time ago they work for us! We need some Constitutionalists working local municipalities
