You're comparing an island with a population of 15 Million at the time to a country of 841 Million people. It's harder to manage that many people. That's not right. It's better to compare 1927 to 1948 KMT ruled China, to 1949 to 2020 CCP ruled China. And i'll be honest, it's not looking good mate.
