This is why Happy Days to this day, is my all time favorite TV show. Every Tuesday night! I remember this episode like it was yesterday. The Fonz was always there for everyone. All us kids back in the day loved this show. I even had Fonzie T shirts. I remember K Mart carried them. Thank you for posting this. I just saw another video of Henry Winkler saying they should bring back Happy Days to TV. In today's world, we sure could use a great positive show back 😃
I had a shirt, haven't seen it since, I don't remember the exact colors, it could have been black and white, or blue and white, but it had sleeves that went halfway down the arm, I think it had a picture of Fonzie on the front, but what I remember, is it had ayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy all the way down the arm.
@@LyleChippersonTss The Fonz truly loved and cared for the family that loved and cared for him the most - Mr and Mrs C, Ritchie and Shortcakes - The Cunninghams. That’s what made this iconic sitcom HAPPY DAYS📀
I loved the Fonz ❤️ Henry Winkler was unreal. He played that role amazing. I reminiscing when I was a kid watching happy days time is flying by. All of us are getting old even Henry Winkler oh my goodness.
A lot of people didn't like the way the Fonz's character evolved into but in my personal humble opinion I like the way the Fonz's character evolved becoming much more mature and sensible in the series later years from its earlier years.
In the earliest episodes Richie was the sensible one that often dared Fonzie's wrath by standing up to him and call him on any of his BS. The Fonz would back down realizing Richie was right (though he'd never directly admit it). As the series progressed, the tables slowly turned to the Fonz being the role-model and Richie the naive one who needed straightening out. Ironic. All through the series I wanted to see Richie haul off and clout the arrogant, swaggering Fonz. Then when he finally does it, its after Fonzie grows into the mature one and Richie becomes the jerk.
I remember when Ritchie had to fight one of Fonzie’s rival thugs. He starts yelling and taking off the thug’s jacket, flailing it all over Arnold’s. He asks Fonzie what the thug was doing. “He’s just pounding his fist into his hand…but you scared Ralph and Potsie half to death!” 😂😂😂😂
Going to kill to war to kill innocent people NEVER makes you a hero... You are just jerk killing people because some government disagreed with some other government so they send in you losers with guns.
This is Season 11, there are some truly wonderful episodes in season 11 after how far the show drifted away from originally what it was. But these last episodes really brought the show home for a good finish. This was actually supposed to be the last episode, but they did the Joannie marry's Chachi as the last because of Ron Howard's, Donny Most, and Anson William's schedules.
Sad how everyone else grew up but the Fonze is still desperately trying to hold on to his teens. I get the feeling if we revisited Milwaukee we'd find Richie living in the burbs in a million dollar house (because Cunningham harware really took off in the 80s) and an almost 90 year old Fonz still wearing that jacket and randomly kicking vending machines to impress 17 year old girls.
I am old enough to remember Bruce Lee, and a lot of actors claimed to have been trained by him. In any case, I am talking about the fictional character "The Fonz" played by actor Henry Winkler, I am not talking about the actor himself.
The first beer cans were sold to the public on January 24, 1935 in Richmond, Virginia. Seems you are wrong, also this episode would have been set in the late 60’s early 70’s. Richie had recently returned from Vietnam.
Not accurate. There was an episode where Chaci was in a boxing match and his opponent knocked out the ref and continued clobberrn him. Fonz jumped the ropes and cold knocked dude out.
Don't get it twisted. The Fonz could have ripped Ritchie a new one if he wanted, but he understood that Ritchie was acting out of frustration. Ritchie always wanted to be a filmmaker (ironic. Isn't it?), but he had a fear of failure until The Fonz gave him the encouragement that he needed.

I do not mean to disrespect anyone. Quite young when this show was at his prime. I never knew that Richie would punch the fonds so, exactly why did this happen and then the Fonz mentioned about some movie or something and this clip?
Fonz should have shaken the punch off without opening his mouth up. What he did gave Richie the satisfaction that it hurt a little. When we got hit with a pitch in baseball, we weren't allowed to rub it and show that it hurt. hahaha

"You done the scariest thing you'll ever do in your life, you hit me"😂
And lived to tell about it
Ryu are you referring the next fight in street fighter ? This just in Ryu vs Fonzie
This is the STRANGEST Budweiser commercial that I've EVER seen! 😮
Fonz was a top-tier bro, always. Great character. Miss stuff like this.
They both walked out without paying the bar tab. Now that's cool!😂
Stiffing businesses is not cool.
Lol.
It’s in the script.

No he wasn't!!! He has a wife -AND- kids 🤡🤡
Fantastic series a gem

You look like the Fonz!
I have to say, as an actor, Ron Howard is a great director.
Henry Winkler & Ron Howard had so many great scenes
Wow child hood memories
There’s some foreshadowing ready to come out to see your first movie🙂
He shoulda said sorry I hit you.... but Fonz understands, he is a man of wisdom
The good ol' days
That's what good friends do.
Fact is, Ron Howard's pissed because he realized he's losing hair
They both went on to be big movie directors
I can’t believe henry Winkler has a tattoo of Roy Orbison on his ass
Fonz was like I haven't said amundo in a long time bro.

wonder what beer that was supposed to be gave richie strength lol
It looks like Budweiser... 🤔
Very good show
I miss shows like this.
im still watching bay area bugs videos from 7 years ago today 2024
Ron Howard was the first to do this, not Tom Hanks as he claimed recently....lol.
Tom Hanks did 2 of my favorite tv shows. Happy Days and Family Ties. Even though they were reruns.
Opie likes those beers.
COOLEST show ever , GOD BLESS THEM AND THE WHOLE WORLD AMEN well gotta go got something in my eyes
I missed this one. I'm surprised Fonzie didn't disintegrate Richie.
When I first saw this scene I really thought that Richie was gonna die lol
My best friend and I friendship is just like these two. We're brothers.
'I'll be in line to see your first movie!' American Graffiti?
Ron played the same role in that movie before the series
he was not directing.

Was that episode addressing war veteran ptsd ?

It's funny how that worked out!
The black couple that left right after that punch....

It went downhill after Chuck Cunningham was written out of the show 😄
It went downhill when Ted McGinley joined the cast.

When Richie first met Fonz he could barely look him in the eye then he straight up punches him point blank.

The background noise ruins it
