what do you mean "you shouldn't". I studied kinesiology in university and you should rephrase that to "its better" for satiety factors. In terms of losing weight as long as Dawoud is including those liquid calories as part of his daily intake it technically makes no difference whether he's drinking or eating it. An issue which happens quite frequently is some people forget to count liquid calories as part of their intake.

I was counting all the carbohydrates .I do keto and I lost 50 pounds without stressing out .Carbs are the problem we all face ..Carbs cause cancer and any type of disease. Dr.Berg gives great information about Keto and low carb lifestyle..

okay, so when it comes to "DATES" you need to eat/use odd numbers of them, like 1,3,5,7, etc. that's what our prophet (PBUH) said. And Scientists found out that when we eat them that way we get the nutrients while we get the sugar when we eat an even number. Hopefully, it was useful!!
