Wow, that Ox locker is really effective, effortlessly pushing the front. What axle are you running at the front?
It's the stock Dana 30. Now the axle housind has been reinfoced with stronger brackets and a truss. And I swapped to RCV axle shafts. You can see it in the western alps video. I will add a front locker too.
@@primalrepublic Ok, thanks for your answer. I have a 5.2 ZJ here in France, fully stock, stock LSD at the rear, still very effective. Did you fit the OX locker yourself? Nice cars, love the vids, aching to do that in mine too!!
Yes, I did it by myself. It's a Ford 8.8 axle. I swapped the rear axle and installed the locker all at once.

Ja, genau. Alle trails bis auf die Halb-Wüste und das was danach kommt sind aus dem Pistenkuh Buch.
Hey man, I have a 97 grand Cherokee limited v8, I just moved to southern Spain from America. What do you do for fuel while on the trail? Do you have fuel canisters with you? Also what are some important things to plan for before a trip like this? Thanks
Usually we have two 20 liter canisters per vehicle. If you pay attention and fuel up regularly you'll not any aditional fuel canisters.
Wikiloc is probably the best source for trails in Europe. I always have a lot of tools and spare parts with me.

Would these roads be suitable to other types of 4x4’s something stock without off road tyres.
All the trails were very easy to drive with our Jeeps. All of them you can do with stock 4x4's (exept the last part in the video). I'm not sure about the tires. I've never driven off road without proper tires but I guess that should okay for the most cases.
