I hope you all enjoy this creation! I started with brown noise that I generated on my auto tuner. From there I turned the treble way down to put more of a numbing emphases on the deeper, lower end. From there I touched it up on the EQ a little, to remove any harshness to my ears. I then put a compressor on it, to boost the overall fullness feel. From there I doubled the track, meaning I put the same track on top of itself. On the second track I put some endless cavern reverb, and then combined both tracks into one. I then added a loudness maximizer, and boosted the volume as much as possible without losing quality. This process took me a few days to get it all just right. I really hope you enjoy it, relax and sleep well my friends!

In each of my sleep videos you'll notice a constant theme of an amplified lower end sonic appeal. This maximizes the depth of each sound, while minimizing sounds considered to be antithetical to relaxation. To create these relaxing sleep masterpieces I use a variety of equipment such as a Nikon D7500, a Tascam DR 100, and other unique sleep components indicative to this channel.

I enjoyed the explanation about how you recorded this sound - I still have trouble relating sound to colors, such as white, brown and pink noise. They all seem trigger relaxation and sleep.
