I’ve had constant Tinnitus causing Vertigo for at least six weeks 24/7. I listened to this video this morning at high volume for 20 minutes. Tinnitus and Vertigo have gone. I will repeat this again tomorrow and try listening to it at a low volume for sleeping. Thanks For your intuitive response to dealing with this very common and important problem.

Today was exhausting and extremely stressful, I had a mental breakdown at job orientation because of the environment, and my stress and anxiety levels being higher because of my learning disability and the way I adapt compared to others, but I have another interview tomorrow so I’m extremely glad, thanks for helping me sleep more peacefully tonight Randall. 💛💛💛💤💤
I try a lot of these sleep videos. This one OMG knocked me out. I slept like I was unconscious. My dreams were very detailed with people I knew in them. Very realistic type dreams (vs. abstract) and I remembered them. Had bit of a hard time waking up though. I saved this to my playlist.

Best sound I have found yet to diminish the ringing in my ears and quiet my brain. Reminds me of an overnight airline flight cabin hum when all is quiet. Frankly I like the idea of the intergalactic spaceship! From now on i will envision myself in space 😂.
