For machine with 24.27 inch full HD is more than enough and most of the features are available in both..No need to spend extra 9K. If you want something smart tv as well monitor . you can spend on Samsung M5 monitor
Basically 3 reasons . 1.Height adjustable, HP don't have 2. Lenovo has 4ms response time, HP has 5ms 3. Lenovo service is kind of better than HP in my area

Full HD will automatically support and refresh rate we need to set it from the settings to 75Hz..It's better from Laptop that you can set in your comfortable angle, Eye protection features and more screen space for doing things 😊

In the backside you will see 3 buttons. Press the middle button -> then you will go in to settings then use the top button to navigate through options and select menus. It's like a joystick 🕹️.

I just bought this and the screen looks pixelated when sitting close.
Also while scrolling the text are getting blurry.
