Such a good question, I have always wondered that. Like why our lips? How did that come to be? My first few kisses were all truth or dare. It was my choir retreat and we went into the woods at like 1:00 am. I kissed like 4 guys and for some reason flashed my phone light in their face so I wouldn’t miss their lips LOL. Choir/theater truth or dare was a bonding experience tbh
All of this sounds like an independent film! I've definitely been on those kind of trips, but never kissed anyone.

I actually left out a part where it says it's good to get those bacteria from a long time partner cause it helps give both of you similar immunities to elements outside your bubble. So... either way, you're good!

Excellent topic! My first kiss was when I was 5-6 maybe? If that counts. It was also when I got married for the first time. Or should I say "married?" I'd like to see an episode on our relationship with dogs through history, as long as you're taking requests.

First kiss, 21 years ago; I was 18 and married the guy 😅 and we’re still together plus our two kids ❤
I’ve also read some research suggesting the bacterial exchange could be one of the biggest reason for kissing (evolutionarily function in addition to enjoyment’s sake) because in a community setting, a peck is a good “microdose” of pathogens to help build immunity.
Your cave neighbor Bob survived a nasty bout of SOMETHING, and touching faces helps your immune system learn to recognize it, and so your sickness could be lessened!

My first kiss came about after my BF was tickling me! He somehow managed to hit me in the face, making my lip start to bleed! I ran to the bathroom, crying and after getting the bleeding under control.. I went back to my room and sat back down on my waterbed holding a Kleenex to my gross, fat lip as it finished bleeding the last bit more! My BF was SooOooOoo sorry and upset that he'd hurt me and the next thing I knew, he leaned in and kissed me!! 💋 Right on my big, fat lip! 🥴 To that point, I knew we were best friends and he'd said he wanted to be with me, but I never believed he liked my body and wanted me **that way** so this kiss really sealed the deal on how he felt for me!! 🥰 Unfortunately, however, it was a long-distance relationship and about 1.5 months after that visit, we ended things because of the frustrations of not being together and not knowing if/when we would see each other again! It was just too hard to deal with!! No regrets about the kiss though - very memorable and makes for a good story to tell!! 😘 📖 📚

My first kiss 💋 was during a game of truth or dare, to be honest! 😟 It was definitely not the most memorable, the most memorable for me was the first kiss from my boyfriend that came into my life after an almost 7 year (!!!) break from dating after leaving my abuser. It was not the biggest kiss ever but will always mean the most. ♥️ So happy to see you back, Josh! Your positivity and kindness were definitely missed!! ☺️

My first kiss was in 5th grade during a Valentines school dance. We both had braces and our braces locked up briefly. It was painful and embarrassing. I didn’t kiss anyone else until I got my braces off lol. Really enjoying this series. Glad your back and posting again :)))

I didn't have my first real most memorable kiss until I was 17 years old. I remember the song playing, by REO Speedwagon, when our lips met. Heart-stopping, butterfly's in my stomach kind of kiss turned me into a romantic and I fell in love instantly. Sadly, after someone better came along, I was heartbroken and lost. Still, that kiss is still on the top of my list and no one has come in my life since to top it.
I wish I liked french kissing but it honestly grosses me out. My first kiss ever, the guy rammed his tongue down my throat so far I legit felt nauseous the rest of the day... I think that ruined it for me for life lol
I had a similar experience at 15 with a girlfriend at the movies. I used to tell my buddies that I should have brought a bucket for all the spit she put on my face lol. Hope she's doing well these days.
