It's too bad about the restriction on getting paid by the factoring company. I am totally new to this, but until now I have seen many sites, and factoring companies encouraging dispatchers to work directly with the factoring companies in order to guarantee payment by the carrier and of course to act as a sales force for the factoring companies by recommending their services. I see in your contract you deal with this by getting payment via credit card upon acceptance of the load by carrier rather than upon delivery.
Hi Enis, The only way to access to the load board like dat is using the account of the transportation company? The dispatch company without MC number can’t access, is right?
But isn't a broker consedered a representative of the shipper? I thought it said as well that a "dispatcher" cannot represent multiple carriers at the same time; maybe I am wrong about that?
@@NeverStopTRK can they represent multiple carriers with one MC? For example I use D logistics to pick up a load from TQL. Once I have the load it says D logistics on the rate con, but G express is the owner operators MC I am booking the load for. What do I do in this case? Is this legal?
Hey Enis, there is a company want to put freight guard report on our company. How may I search and see if they did or not is there any website?please help, thanks.
@@NeverStopTRK Thats not correct, you must be mistaking another service. If you look, all the time you’ll see brokers make postings about a carrier and then those carriers listed in the report are allowed to reply and give their side of what happened in an incident. It allows things to be a little more even handed. Otherwise you’d have brokers posting all over and no one being able to tell their side of the story. It would be madness. Now I don’t know what kind of access a carrier can get that I don’t know but I surely do know without a shadow of a doubt carriers always reply on their all the time giving their companies response to the listed FG Report. I’ve seen many many FG reports where the carriers give their own reply/statement.
@@NeverStopTRK right but in this specific context he could find out if a FG report was posted on his company and if so then reply. I wasn’t saying he can use it carte blanche and have full access. Again if a FG report is posted on your company you can easily find that out and respond. I didn’t say he could scroll through it for hours like an infinite instagram feed 😂

Hey Enis, do you know some company they are looking for the dispatch in Michigan? Please let me know, I appreciate your help always
Dispatch should be an employee of the company and pay US taxes. Any other “contracts” are illegal
Not true

You can do it both ways. You don't need MC# for an account

Carrier 411
You can't get access to carrier 411 unless you are a broker. They are very arrogant as far deciding who to give the access to.

www.carrier411.com/join.cfm Read for yourself. You get one chance to reply to a report on you, but you CANNOT search the database as you please.

Wherever the carrier has to sign their name does the dispatcher sign the dispatcher name or do they sign the carrier’s name?
Dispatcher signs their name
@@NeverStopTRK And the Broker won’t question why the Dispatcher signature and name is on there instead of the Carrier’s name and signature?

Pozdrav, ne radim :(
