Def considering this trim but with the 5.0 At first I wasn’t a fan of the re-design but that’s how I am with every new generation. It’s def grown on me.
best bang for your buck in my opinion. I'm going to be buying a f150 next year, gonna be getting an stx in a super cab configuration with the 3.5 ecoboost. cant wait.
There's always the aftermarket. We are able to customize pretty much any aspect of your truck before it leaves our lot! Richmond Customs is here to make your truck your own!
On the contrary, halogen lights produce heat so if your ever in winter conditions with snow or ice, the halogen lights stay warm and melt any snow/ice. On the other hand the LEDs look luxurious, but that snow and ice is staying frozen on them.👍
@@heyzeus6149 um have you ever been near a glowing LED bulb? They get very hot. They most all of them come with huge heat sinks or mini fans to cool them.
This is something I have never heard of before. The 15-20 EcoBoost logo has been on the both the door and the tailgate. Only the door before 2018 model refresh and only the tailgate since no matter which engine. Currently in 2021 the EcoBoost logo is only on the tailgate.
I used to have one nice truck!! But to many transmission problems 2.7 eco bust plus 10 speed transmission no good I tried to take it in I explained the service gays what was wrong with it they told me it will take like a month for them to be available to check it out!! Long story short I traded in for a 5.7 engine with a 6 automatic transmission!! Thanks l can prove what I am saying thanks
Would be nice, but hey there is always the aftermarket! And we at Richmond Ford Customs can make that happen for you! We can facilitate a wide variety of Ford and aftermarket add on's to any trim F-150!
I just found one 2wd with 27,000 miles in my area stx 2.7 liter for $32,000 not to bad honestly about to trade in my 2014 ford f150 3.5 lariat 4wd with 113,000 miles I hope it’s an upgrade
Truck piece of pop l had one tooo many transmission problems!! I tried to take it in to the dealership they gave me a thousand excuses and never called me back!! Do not bye Ford truck full of pop
The popularity of the STX proves that people dont give a damn about all the technology crap.
Give us an afforadable truck!

5.0 is the more reliable better engine.
@@Senerian no its not
@@luvvcris4448 According to the majority of ford technicians, it is.
@@Senerian yeah in my opinion the 5.0 is gonna last longer not having those turbos that end up needing replaced
Damn. I remember driving my dad's 93 f150 XL regular cab. Had a 300 straight six and automatic trans. My my how trucks have changed.
Yes they have, but I'm sure that 93 was still pretty sweet!
That was a real truck. These today are mostly plastic and cheap metal, They do all the can to build as cheap as possible. Then ask stupid prices.
I bought the STX in Velocity Blue with the 5L V-8. All the blacked out trim looks awesome with the blue paint.
got the same but its a 2020, more stuff on it than i need, enjoy your truck
Great trucks! Absolutely cannot go wrong w/an F150. Best tech /features/design/reliability. Lasts 20yrs / 300k mis w/good basic maintenance.
Couldn’t agree more.
Thr new 5.0ls are outfitted with the afm which is known to destroy engines, such as chevy and dodge engines
Explain
Just wish the 12” display was an option in the STX
That infotainment website is working on making a upgrade kit. That’s why I just bit the bullet and got an STX
That would be a option on that 4 the STX, That power inverter inside of the pickup bed.
For the prices not having a bed liner included is like a throat punch.
Honestly, I’m just too content with my 2017 XL to want to trade up anytime soon.
The previous gen is still a great truck and still much in demand!
Do you know if they still make the six seat config? Or the three seats up front?
Yes, the console is optional on the STX trim. The XL, XLT, and even Lariat have the 40/20/40 six-seat configuration as standard for the 2021 model.
What is the thing above the drive mode switcher?
It's a coin holder in this truck. In trucks with the tow package, a trailer brake would be in its place.
They need to get rid of those damn halogen bulbs

I heard if the ecoboost symbol is on the tailgate it's a 3.5 and if it's on the door it's a 2.7 is that info wrong??

Wrong I have 2.7 and it's on tailgate
How is the 2.7 ? Would you recommend ? @mattwagner8965

@Bulls Nation I’ve had 5 different vehicles with remote start. Never a single issue.
