Great video. Just f.y.i. do not heat up canned food in the can. Canned foods have a polymer lining on the inside of the can.

Can’t be any worse than the actual food that comes in the can 😂. In all seriousness though, this is great to know. I definitely have been eating baked beans out of the can over a fire for decades!
