Megan needs a desk that can raise and lower for the homeschool room so she’s not on the floor but can stay organized and have everything right at her fingertips.

I agree. You could put it under the chalkboard something on a swivel or a hinge that can be lowered flush with the wall and out of the way when not in use.

I worried about that windshield but didn't say anything so I'm happy it's fixed. Always something to do with our vehicles. I'm like you all I don't buy new and I keep my vehicles till they don't run. I pray for my car and talk to it all the time. Lol

With Benjamin’s arrival next week, it may be helpful to partner with a retired elementary school teacher. Similar to a sheep mentor, a teaching mentor can help fill the gap when Meagan is adjusting to new motherhood, as well as helping out on a long term basis to keep them on and above skill level. If interested, I have some contacts in the Vicksburg area that most likely would be pleased to help you all out in finding the right resource.
Megan does need a desk, but most of all, what she needs to do is take some time for herself just as Tim is beginning to do. I don't care what type of woman of God you are. Your body is not made to be in perpetual motion. God calls for us to rest. I know you would say well WE rest on the weekend, but even then, we women always find SOMETHING to do. It is not going to get any easier with a new baby, but please try. I can not say this enough, but statistically, we spend so much time taking care of others that we run ourselves right into the ground. Be blessed. ❤

Get her off the floor before Benjamin comes! To quote you "a man has no business keeping the "teacher" on the floor while the boys have their desks and chairs! Just sayin'. I'm sure you can build it bc I have faith in you!
Office Depot may have a stand that has the computer and a shelf holding g the printer. And a comfortable stool for sitting. I noticed but I like to be proactive with a suggestion. 👋🏾💝🙏🏽💻📠💝🙏🏽

Tim the builder can blink and build that! 😂The chair could sit outside the closet, desk top, shelves on top? It seems like organization is not just important but critical for her especially with the boys!

Great job, Megan, on home schooling thos handsome young men.i'm a mother of 5 now grown children, and I owned a family home child care service for over 22 years. I enjoyed teaching. If i could make a suggestion for a temporary desk. Those blue storage boxes will hold the laptop and copier until you get your desk. I'm amazed at 9 months pregnant. You get up and down off the floor.

Tim, may I suggest you build Megan a desk in the closet She can have a U-like desk in the closet walls with shelving above for the kids’ books, & her supplies as well. As a former homeschool mom organization is needed to keep things running smooth and with the new little one coming it will help Megan a lot. She can fit a small office chair in there too.

My bf Dan Wilson who passed in August of 2022 was the CEO of Safelite and retired in 2008. We met at a local establishment that was near his corporate apartment. Every time I see anybody using that company or their commercials it breaks my heart that Dan passed at only 71 years old. I miss him more than words can say. I would have never met him if it was not for Safelite because he was born and raised in Iowa and transferred from Kansas City after facilitating the sale of Western Auto when Safelite asked him to relocate to Columbus OH to help them get back on their feet literally. He was an amazing person. I met him in Oct of 2002. He started working at Safelite in 1999 as the COO. Then in 2004 got the promotion of CEO when the old CEO retired. I was blessed to have him as my best friend for 20 years. Glad you chose Safelite. It's the best in auto glass repairs and replacement.

The Safelight replacement man came to replace my windshield a few years back. He immediately knew that something (a mouse) had made a nest under my hood. We cleaned out the nest and he sealed the hole up. Sure enough, next day my husband saw the little critter run into the woods.

Get a slim table to put your computer and printer on. You can use your closet as a small area for your printer and computer. Or place your table next to the chalk board against the wall. Look into chalk board markers. These markers are great! There are lots of colors and erase off the board with an eraser! Now you can wash and polish your beautiful old truck! Thanks for sharing.
