Any videos on adding side darts to a tank top. I have a large chest and always get armhole gaps.
Hmm so why did we go through the first part to put in the white chalk markings when we're only going to sew through the orange chalk marks? also how did you know what angle to fold the shirt to make the orange chalk markings? please help!
Could start off with the shirt inside out on the form? That way you only pin once?

Glad I came across your tutorial. Thank you for the helpful information. I have many blouses that are not fitting well and need darts to be more flattering. I have lost a lot of weight and need to do alterations. I also have many long sleeve blouses that are too big in the shoulders now, Do you recommend darts in the shoulder areas, going down the front & back, What is best way to make the shoulders fit better? Prefer not to take sleeves apart. Do you have a video for that? Thank you.
I don't have any videos for that, but to get the shoulder to fit well if you are down sizing the garment, it is usually taking up the outer shoulder seam. I know that is not what you wanted to hear :)

doing it correctly and I'd also like a tutorial on how to narrow his sleeves as well!
For a men's shirt the dart should start under the shoulder blades - it should definitely start under the armhole

You just showed us how to pin it. You did not actually show it being put in the machine to stitch.
You notice that Angela has NO HIPS! She has wide shoulders and a bust, then pretty much straight down to hips. This is why she is altering the shirt the way she is. It would not work for us women who are CURVY and pear shaped. I found this video unhelpful for me.
Uhh, you're suppose to wear the shirt and pin the dart that compliments your body. This is a guide, not a strict format. Body shaming so quickly. Probably aren't even curvy, just fat.
Whatever she has or hasn't, she's STUNNING. And she has a lovely voice too. Put your claws away, Ms.Jones.
