Creality RATTLING problem SOLVED! 3D printer

Creality 3D printer problem solved. Ender 3 V3 KE rattling noise and stuck motors solved. I opened the bottom cover and noticed the main flat cable was not well connected. I reconnected it, and now it all works perfectly 👌🏻
