Thanks so much for this video. I didn’t have this problem, but I replaced my door and stupidly took the whole window track stuff apart and if it hadn’t been for you filming 4:32 I would have been so screwed because I had no clue how to put it back together! Wish I had watched this video before because I didn’t know you could take the window out and leave all the rest of the track junk intact. Thanks regardless! 👍
Perfectamente bien explicado, solo faltó q mostrara como ensambla la pieza q se desconecta y causa el problema, tuvimos temperaturas de 35 bajo cero en Chicago hace algunas semanas y me causo ese problema, gracias por la información, muy útil
Very nice video, pro stuff. My nissan qashqai has a window off track problem and your video was the best I watched so far so that I could have an idea how to access the window screws (plastic covers). Thank you
The part you Didn't show, is the actual part that needed to be shown and explained. Because in most cases it actually don't look like it's disconnected.
@@rxff7646 The gasket is the plastic/rubber piece that goes on the outside of the door. It's suppose to keep the rain and moisture from entering the locking mechanism and freezing the cable. You have to order it from the dealer. I put a little bit of silicone on it to help seal. It's located at parts 1 and 4 on this picture. ww2-secure.justanswer.com/uploads/fixurnissan/2010-11-15_013507_door_handle_image.jpg
Hello, nice video. Do you or enyone else know how to do this if the door is locked and not able to be opened from the in or outside... Its one of the backdoors that has the problem. Can i get the panel of when closed?
Lousy designed door on the rogue, i would be chopping the inside sheetmetal apart, to access the bolts and screws easier.... just enough to not compromise its strength. Why not? Im an old hotrod guy, have NO PATIENCE at all for that fancy, ballbuster design.-Hand me my cutting wheel please.
I watched the vid a few times but I am still missing how to fix the door NOT opening. Spraying white lithium grease at the end of the cable?? I think I missed something
Hey Jim, the piece of plastic and metal ball that you talk about on 4:47, my Nissan Rogue has the same issue except it isn’t moving at all. Any recommendations?
If you had to climb thru the back to get in, your doors must still open from the inside, else.., how do you OPEN THE DAMNED DOOR to fix it? THAT is what some of us need to see!
Sorry 131- My door did open from the inside so I could fix it. Yours might not be the same issue. The door's got to be opened in order to fix it. Also I don't own this car anymore.

The way you did the job makes it easier to work inside the door.
Thank You
You are the best. I just visualize all I needed to install my own window. Nissan Rogue 2013, SV AWD
Very interesting and completely different than the other video I watched. Much prefer this method.
Thank you so much. You did an awesome video well explained !!!!

How do you get your door open when the door lock cable on the interior arm is switched when putting the interior panel back in

The most important part how to fix it is not shown on the video. 😅

This is how we got the door open when it was stuck from both the inside and out!
