These will be manned by foreign consultants, Filipino engineers and skilled workers. They can provide works after graduating at Technical skills and development mixed with the existing skilled workers availability. Thus, we can greatly reduced high costs in contracts. Lahat nalang naka focus sa luzon ang mga projects.
It' the same to our place. Our locality is mainly a producer of vegetables and copper ores, but the roads aren't pavemented. Funfact you couldn't imagine, the roads we were using up until 2018 was the very same road the japanese and americans used. It was partly dirt and gravel but during this administration the road turned into two lane wide provincial roads which gave us great access to other road network. Sadly when this pandemic struck some roads were unfinished because the local goverment said that the funds were directed for the pandemic. Thankfully the most used roads are being improved while the other smaller roads are said to continue when funds are available.
What i notice now is that the roads which are being cemented in Cebu are very thick, maybe 6 inches thick - unlike before very very thin maybe only 1 or 2". Kudos to Sec. Villar of DPWH for this quality work.

It' the same to our place. Our locality is mainly a producer of vegetables and copper ores, but the roads aren't pavemented. Funfact you couldn't imagine, the roads we were using up until 2018 was the very same road the japanese and americans used. It was partly dirt and gravel but during this administration the road turned into two lane wide provincial roads which gave us great access to other road network. Sadly when this pandemic struck some roads were unfinished because the local goverment said that the funds were directed for the pandemic. Thankfully the most used roads are being improved while the other smaller roads are said to continue when funds are available.

What i notice now is that the roads which are being cemented in Cebu are very thick, maybe 6 inches thick - unlike before very very thin maybe only 1 or 2". Kudos to Sec. Villar of DPWH for this quality work.

I'm very grateful for our President on paving the way to faster growth of the country to the better future. A leader who is a visionary and have the capability to do so. Something previous administrations neglected to do. It is a shame that in the Philippines, a president cannot be reelected. His 6 year term is about to expire. The good news is that his daughter is front runner for 2022 vice presidency.
