The City of Pearl is described as the biggest One Belt and One Road project in the Philippines by the hpa. It will cover an area of 407 hectares (1,010 acres). It will be situated between the Manila South Port and the Pasig River estuary, at the current Baseco Coumpound. Additional reclaimed land will be leveled up for the project. Connected by a loop road network and a driverless railway system, it will be an integrated central business district.[1] 10 to 20 percent of the development will be allotted for open space areas. The district will be divided into two main areas. The outer ring will feature a 10 kilometers (6.2 mi) waterfront promenade and an all-weather park[2] while the inner ring will have an "extensive" central park and golf course. A water taxi network will connect the two islands to the rest of Manila. Solar and tidal power will be also used for the development's power consumption. Among also the other features of City of Pearl will be a stadium. Commercial and residential areas will also be allotted and is projected to make over 50,000 jobs available.
SM Bay City, also known as the Manila Bay Freeport Zone and Manila Bay Area, is the name for the reclamation area on Manila Bay located west of Roxas Boulevard and the Manila-Cavite Expressway in Metro Manila, the Philippines. The area is split between the cities of Manila and Pasay on the north side and Parañaque on the south
New Clark City is a planned community under development located within the Clark Special Economic Zone in the towns of Capas and Bamban at the Tarlac province, Philippines.[1] It has an area of approximately 9,450 hectares (23,400 acres) and will accommodate up to 1.2 million people. It is managed by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA). NCC is patterned after the development of Putrajaya, the federal administrative capital of Malaysia

Wow, one thing Metro Manila needs most: more Golf Courses. For real? How about some public parks that are accessible to everyone and provide some fresh air?
Most of the new urban district like Bonifacio Global City and Arca South public park and garden is already integrated in their master Plan. They have already golf courses in the Fort Area.
@@aseananalytics I was being sarcastic. I know about the golf courses in BGC. There is also one around Intramuros. And more scattered around the city. It's like Metro Manila doesn't have parks, it only has golf courses. And the downside to golf courses is, there a golfballs flying around, so not a very relaxing place to hang out. And the worst part is, they are exclusive to members and their guests - so the not for the public.
Business owners or stakeholders wanted only to earn more money and return of investments, public parks should be funded by the government.

All of these are great, sana lang included sa plan yung garbage and recycling system also renewable energy para naman ma protektahan din ang environment. Sana talaga may matinong sistema sa pagbabasura, pagtatapon , pagkukulekta at pag rerecycle ng mga basura nating lahat mula plastic, hanggang sa mga bottles and glasses, cans, batteries, old gadgets, woods or mga sirang kasangkapan, to biodegradable na basura at mga waste foods. Sana may proper segregation talaga at pati pagkulekta ng mga ito eh talagang naka segregate di yung mag sesegregate nga sa mga bahay pero yung magkokolekta ng basura pinagsamasama rin lahat at itatambak din nila lahat sa iisang lugar. Alang kuwenta ung pagod nung nasa bahay na nag segregate.

It's been great to see such future planning a nice metropolis but before hand to produce such proposals we need to keep in mind the very important infrastructure to build first to accomodate such proposals and future long lasting rehabilitation and maintenance will be a proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant and Outfalls to make this a true remarkable reality a clean future ahead.❤❤❤

It's fun to dream, and some of this will happen, but these are only concepts like the concept cars you see at auto shows. Only a few of them are production-ready but most are only "what could be" to excite consumers.
The Philippines has an advantage I believe most Filipinos don't see. The Philippines is like the youngest child, in a family of countries. My advice to the Philippines. Watch your older siblings (other more mature countries) and use what they have done as a guide as what you should do and what you should do. The United Arab Emirates have been doing this and look at what they have been able to accomplish.
