  • I decided to try using plugins to make a stereo rig this time! As I’m guessing a lot of you will have a couple of the Neural plugins, or any guitar plugin, you can do this! Its so much fun!

That's weird. I literally tried this last week with the Nueral SLO-100 and the Arch Nolly 5150, inspired by your high gain harmony series. Great video dude, they sounded nasty together. It'd be nice if you recorded a quick 20 sec riff just so we could hear it in a mix. Good work bro 🤘

Rabea, everytime I watch literally any of your video’s I find myself speechless on your talent. And here I am not only referring to your guitar playing which is astonishing but also your producer capabilities of finding sounds and moreover on how you explain them, find the words for them, in a language I can even understand and follow. And I am not a native speaker (I’m Dutch). Your skills are mind blowing . Hope you will give a gig or concert in Switzerland (where I live now) as I will make every effort to see you live!! And maybe even have a meet and greet…….

Ya know the one thing I enjoy the most about this channel is how fluently you can swap between genres in a literal blink of an eye. I’m just past half way in the video now and I haven’t seen any strait up blues or softer stuff and I don’t know if you would swap to softer stuff in this video but I’ve seen videos where you completely genre swap and it’s just downright impressive. Especially how genuine you play each genre. Quite inspiring

I've tried this with a Line 6 POD Go. I was just trying to sound like two different guitarists (to say I'm even one guitarist would be an overstatement), but I really do enjoy mixing different guitar tones. Now I just have to figure out how to really make a good mix (the luffs/output volume thing is still quite confusing to me, but I'm having fun trying). Thanks for inspiration and hope your able to make on this side of the pond soon.

But ofc when i finaly figured out how to do the midi things my computer went numb due to no hd space on main drive. :D so im trying to figure out how to delete fortnite and other games on this 2nd hand pc. (i could really use the 30-40gb space that the games are occupying so the workflow gets a bit more smooth in my daw. :) BTW you are GREAT inspiration and absolutely an awesome guitar guro i would LOVE to meet some day in "real life". :)

great sounds. what if you created a blend for each side..
for example, one apm + bost which sounds tight and aggressive, and another without a boost and with a bit less gain to get some clarity...
maybe pan one rig a bit inside. maybe add a delay to create the Haas effect per side, so it comes off as pseudo quad tracked.
or do the inverted reverbs trick to get a feeling as if you tracked one more time in the center of the stereo field. just send the left guitar reverb to the right side and vice versa.

I have just one quick tech question i'm hoping you can help me with.
I'm using the Gigrig G2 to do all my midi switching and there is a small drop out in signal when moving from gain 1 to gain 2...is this normal and if so there any way around this as it is rather inconvenient to say the least.
any advice would be greatly appreciated
