I can't accurately remember. I have a small 8 inch 50 watt sub at the rear left side, if it is on, the gain is never more than 25% and set very low to about 60 hz normally. Some times I leave it off.
I sold the Totem Hawk and kept the Usher. I also have the Totem Earth which is several models up from the Hawk. I find that I still prefer the sound of the Usher but it may also have to do with the pairing. The Totem Earth is paired with a Krell amp (can't remember the model at the moment) - sounds very clean but I find the Usher with the Classe amp just more enjoyable.

@@briancampbell7712 will definitely sound awesome. Just make sure to set your gains properly. I may also be getting a REL sub for this in the future. Too many expensive hobbies at the moment. Have to spread the budget all around.
