Happy to hear that you’re doing a little bit better my friend hopefully you recover very quick.
That’s one of the reasons my wife and I are selling our house and moving back to Eastwood. The condo life is zero stress no house maintenance and everything is super close. My wife has ongoing health issues when we need an ambulance. The condo has one in the parking garage and it is only 4 km to medical city, which is something like a good Florida hospital with all the best equipment.
And our cost-of-living is about the same price here or there
    Hope you keep feeling better.

I'm going to look for a condo also. Have to sell the property in DINGALAN first. I like the Clark area. Where is Eastwood?

@@xxxMADCAP69xxx Eastwood is in Manila. It’s close to the BGC area, but it is much cheaper. what’s nice about Eastwood is that everything is super close. All your food all your shopping anything that you need is with 100 to 200 m. check it out on UA-cam, there’s a lot of videos on it.
We’ve rented a couple different condos there before. And we like the one that’s connected to the mall the best because even when it’s raining, you can go to the grocery store or get anything that you need. There is covered walkways. The banks and everything are right across the street. It’s a good lifestyle on a budget.
I seen some videos on the Clark area. It seems like it’s really growing there and really nice also.

Hi Santa Claus in Cabanatuan - You definitely look a lot better.
I agree that you need to live as close as possible - maybe next door - to a good hospital - or you will be a “goner” if something serious happens. By the way - how much did the ambulance ride cost? Good luck and take care

I had a heat stroke and heart attack August 10, 2023. 30 feet up on a tree. The temperature that day was hottest day in Texas, I was helping a friend in the backwoods of Magnolia, Texas, to cut off tree branches hanging over his roof from a couple of trees, I couldn't get down. We called 911, fire truck and an ambulance came in about 15 minutes and got me to the hospital after a 25 minute drive. Total ER Bill was $33,000.00, Health Insurance covered 30K, I had to pay 3K. Ambulance Fee was $1,200.00, Insurance paid $400.00 in total my out of pocket expense was about $4,000.00. If that happened to me in the Philippines, I'd have died but my total expense would have been only $200.00 max. U.S. maybe expensive but you'll have a better chance of surviving. Philippines would be cheaper but you maybe dead.

You are correct, Healthcare in the Philippines isn't very good. It will never compare to the US.
