Hi Santa Claus in Dingalan - A good warning that people wanting to move to the Philippines should listen to - but they probably will not. See you in Cabanatuan. Good luck and take care.
Ya know Santa I owe you an apology. I understand what U are going thu U worked hard to get to this part of your life ,shame U have to deal with all this stuff ,one thing after another. If U don't stick up for yourself " noone will. Bless U
Just think, you may learn that there is still another "procedure" to pass. They will only tell you one thing at a time, it's the Filipino way! 😀 I watched many "advice" videos about expats in the Philippines and every one says never lend money to a Filipino. The same goes for "business" ventures with Filipinos. If you do "lend" money, just consider it a gift and write it off. I had two of my gf relatives ask for money, more than I make in a month, and I turned them down. One of them made more in a month than I do, so I asked why he needed the money. Basically he said that he got overextended, spending more than he makes in a month. 😃
I don’t recall hearing why you left Florida. Sorry to hear about all the troubles. I’ve heard the same from other expats. Never had a desire to even visit underdeveloped Asian countries.
Contacts are worthless here. Just like the court system. You must pay anyone half up front for materials and partial labor or you will never get anything done. No one accepts full payment on completion.
You might have to bite the bullet and just sell the place, even at a loss. That's not worth the hassle and problem you are having. Never invest in the Philippines, unless you are running your own business. My personal advise, sell everything there and move to another place. Your mental health is worth more than the trouble you are having. Good luck brother.
Omg !! Its true ..they just take . We just have to be careful .
They are good at taking

Thats survival mode being poverty as it is in PH. How is one able to care about others when your starving...
You still don't steal from people
No need to weave a tangled web in the Philippines. It's by default.
First words baby utter are not Mamma , Dadda. It's " Can I borrow some..."
Funny but I don't lend money to anyone. My losses are from business. Trusting people. Don't trust anyone anymore
