I forgot about that. I remember it being such a big deal at the time. Screenshots featured in the UK's N64 magazine all the time. In fact, I think it was the same screenshot every month.
Sturmwind Nah, there was new info all the time. First it was to come on the 64DD, then it was transferred to a regular cartridge. But after 8 years in development, it was canned. It is cool that they released the GBA version, but a 3D RPG would have been so welcome on the N64.
Distopia (Toaplan /1994) Gun Beat (Treasure / around 1999) Scud Race, Jurassic Park - Lost World & Planet Harriers were all announced as Dreamcast ports - but they never released them :(
"StarCraft: Ghost" was the first vaporware that really disappointed me. It was announced. There were trailers. I was pumped... Alas, it wasn't meant to be.
Well it's 2019... we got PSO2 on the way... but i honestly wanted DQX more lol. Looking like we won't ever see that game released in the West. Sucks, it looks substantially different from most MMO's on the market here now too. I really want that game. Who knows, maybe some day we'll get a DQ MMO here. Would be great if they did something building off of DQXI.
The worst for me was Fear Effect Inferno, the third game in the series. I absolutely loved the first two and played through both of them countless times. I was following the progress of Inferno for over a year, it got pushed back several times, and was finally cancelled near completion when the developer was bought out by another company.
Detective Pikachu only ever got one small mention in which they basically admitted it had the potential to cause harm to their brand. The game sounded amazing; a hard-boiled talking Pikachu detective, Pikablu becoming an actual thing after all these years, and face tracking to give things a surreal, distinctly non-Pikachu feel. Personally I'd love such a game, and I think it could help to reestablish Pikachu's popularity. It's become Mickey-tier - identifiable but so commonplace that it has lost its magic.
A lot of the key developers and creative directors left the game. Meaning that if the game does become released, it won't be as good as it was originally planned. It'll just be a sloppy mess topped together and pushed for a release date just for the sake of being released. The game has gone through development hell, so I wouldn't get my hopes up on The Last Guardian turning out to be an actual "good game."
Resident Evil for the Gameboy Color. I kept looking in the game magazines and the date kept being pushed back and back. I'd called the game stores and ask them when were they getting it in. They said they didn't have a date. Finally it was cancelled. But on a positive note, about 12-13 years later after the cancelation, someone sold the %80-90 completed ROMs online and the guy who bought them put them online for everyone to play. If you're interested I made a video here on youtube playing as far as you could on the ROM. Which is the elevator leading up to the Tyrant. After playing it, it's a pretty good, I don't know why they stopped, they should have completed it.
Nintendo kept saying that a Star Fox game was being made on the Wii. And they kept denying any questions about it cancellation too. They insisted that it was still being developed. But alas....here we are today, and still no Star Fox on the Wii, or any reason why from Nintendo.. Even worse, they stopped manufacturing the Wii in North America too. Too bad that game never happened =(
That's great news =) However, from Nintendo previous track-record as stated in my comment. I'll believe them when I see it. But if it does show up, I'm gonna have a stroke of excitement =D
Policenauts for the Saturn in '96-97. Finally we got a PS1 fan translation (best console version), but it wasn't until August 2009. PS1 one does not like CD-Rs all that well, even using high-end Taiyo Yuden discs, but it worked in the long run.
I'm surprised you didn't mention the obvious gaping hole in our collective existence...the english translated Phantasy Star 1 and 2 remakes on Playstation 2! I waited for years and wept when it was eventually confirmed that Sega chose not to release them. Thank God for "Phantasy Star Cave!" They have released an english fan translation of PS1 for free download and are hard at work at getting the translation for PS2 finished and released. Look these folks up on FB as well as their website and show your support!
Conker's Other bad fur day... Metal Gear Solid Online... Megaman Universe(That one hurt me deeply), Megaman ZX3(I love this series), MMLegends3, FF Agito, Star Wars 1313, etc.
a long time ago, fantasy live online for the original XBOX. I was sick of first person shooters and sports, and this is the only game that had promise.
In Nintendo Power (Epic Center) they had a build up for (I think it was) Dragon Warrior V for the SNES. I remember getting so excited for it. Then it disappeared and just felt so let down lol. Great Vid Johnny ^>^ (Matt)
It's about games that were expected several years ago that got cancelled mysteriously. Yakuza 4 is on the PS3 which would make Yakuza 5 not count in this subject.
There's a possibilty that it probably will be released internationally this time around, so don't lose hope yet. You guys might want to still keep your eyes and ears alert for that.
I'm just being cautious. The sales of the series over here as well as the sales of the wii-u have me a bit skeptical, however the gamepad is basically designed for a game like this, so we might get it on the grounds that nintendo believes we'll consume it like gimmicky shovel-wear.
I remember about 10 years ago, there was supposed to be a Daredevil game on home consoles which would have a sandbox environment. Why did that have to be canned?
I can't help feeling like Oddworld: New 'n Tasty will end up falling into this category. Oddworld Inhabitants has always been notorious for vapourware (Hand of Odd, Sligstorm, The Brutal Ballad of Fangus Klot).
Well... not that it was ever announced, but.... Shenmue III is a game that I've been waiting for ever since that damn cliffhanger at the end of Shenmue II.
Matt Gamingcomicsanimation There is a fan translation of Mother 3. While Mother 3 is the same story as Earthbound 64, it would have been an entirely different gaming experience on the N64.
I remember wanting to play Starcraft Ghost and Mother 3 so much. I feel like there might be a remote possibility that Mother 3 might be released on Virtual Console, since they release Earthbound, but I won't hold my breathe.
I remember getting a Final Fantasy 12 poster somewhere back in 2002-2003 and I thought cool in 2004 we will get another FF game. But that wasn't the case, there was silence about it till late 2005. Same happened to the game what is known today as Final Fantasy XV. It was announced before the release of FF13 and there was even a CGI clip. It looked amazing and I thought cool this is the next FF game but instead we got FF13 which was nothing like it and there was a lots of years of silence about it till last year. The full FFXV will be released next year. That's nearly ten years now. My friends and me were also puzzled wtf happened to Half Life Episode 3 or Half Life 3 but after 3-4 years of waiting we gave up, mostly I gave up on those games. I have fond memories of them but they are quite clunky and dated now and plus the story isn't finished which drew me off completely of replaying them ever again. Instead we got L4D2 and Portal2, why the fuck those two games exist it's beyond me.
The only game like this that I've ever had was Mega Man Legends 3, when I beat Mega Man Legends 2, when it came out. It was obvious that they were going to make a third one, and then they say nothing for, what was it, 10 years or so? And then they announced it, and we all know how that fucking story goes... ...Fuck you, Capcom.
While Legends 3's cancellation was really shit from how it was near finished to Capcom trying pin the blame of it's cancellation on the fans, I kinda feel that Megaman fans are kinda overbloating the series' current situation. I mean, it's been what, 4 years since a game hasn't come out? Only 4 years & people are crying doomsday for the series & saying that "Capcom doesn't care anymore". Meanwhile, this series has been seeing ports all around, representators in MvC3 as well as Smash brothers, Capcom has backed the fan project "MM X SF" & even Inafune himself is lending support to this supposed "Drought" that Megaman has "suffered from". If you ask me, Megaman is still in pretty decent shape, albeit kinda stuck finding a big break (I admit, the consecutive announcing & cancellation of 3 titles in a row is a bit dickish & serious mismanagment on Capcom's part). Considering that Capcom would go out of it's way to bring new life to Strider of all series', I think that Megaman has a pretty good shot at the moment, so long as Mighty #9 proves that people still wanna invest in this sort of thing. All I know for sure is that selling the property to Nintendo wouldn't necessarilly help. We'd either get "New Megaman U/3D" or it will further be solidified in permanent limbo in the dungeon that Nintendo threw F-zero & Starfox into.
Fuck selling it to Nintendo. Seriously, FUCK THAT. And, fuck whoever says they should. They should sell Mega Man to Keiji Inafune, you know, the guy who fucking MADE the games in the first place? But, I guess that would be too logical, eh? ...Sorry for the rant... It just makes no sense to me at all why people think Capcom should sell Mega Man to Nintendo, rather than to Keiji...
Zero Aurion I wouldn't say that it would be a terrible idea, but people treat that as like an emmidiate fix, when clearly Nintendo can do wrong. You only have to look at how the Wii-U is doing to figure that out. When it comes to selling Megaman off, Keji propably can't get it back. It would be logical from an emotional standpoint, but you also have to consider & accept the fact that this is business we're talking about. Emotional logic is but an obstacle that companies need to work around & it has no place in that world. Selling off assets as big as Megaman is just a competition over who has the deepest pockets & at this point in time, Inafune couldn't compete. This isn't like if Sony was selling off Medievil, where it could land with anybody, because the brand just doesn't have a large fanbase & guaranteed profit behind it. Megaman's a hot brand. People are all over it. Everyone wants a peice of em' & they'd go far just to get him in their camp. We're gonna get the big money hounds going crazy for it. Activision, Konami, EA, the big 3, Square, etc. Guys like that are the most likely to have the money to get Megaman.
It makes sense emotionally, and with the fact that he'd be able to make Mega Man games without fucking shit up. And, if Activision or EA obtained Mega Man, then the franchise would truly be fucked. We don't need CoD or Battlefield Mega Man Edition...
The one E3 I was able to attend was in 2005 and I played SC Ghost at the Blizzard booth. I liked what I played. Still don't know why they pulled the plug. Side note: Another lost Blizzard game is Warcraft Adventures on the PC. Had lots of hand drawn animation that looked awesome. It was in development so long that PC adventure games had stopped making money, so they dumped it.
It’s 2019 and it’s crazy that a bunch of games mentioned have came out or are coming out in the next few months like Phantasy Star Online 2 and Shenmue 3!!!
I've been waiting nearly 10 years for a sequel to Shin Megami Tensei 3, I'd finally came out in Japan and America. I've been waiting for more then a year and about a week ago It was anounced it will NEVER come to Europe. It wouldn't normaly be so bad but the 3D's is region locked.
They haven't said anything about SMTIV since the European announcement back in february 2013, so officially it isn't canceled yet. I don't know where you got that news, but if it hasn't shown up on the MegaTen reddit it probably is just speculation. The game is in publisher limbo, apparently. No publisher has been announced to the public, but it seems like the publisher who owns the European release rights decided to not do anything with them or ran into problems. Atlus recently published Conception II in Europe as a digital download, so I guess that if they could, they would've released SMTIV on the Eshop by now.
You don't follow the Twitter do you? You're right that no "Official" anouncement been given, but for this kind of news, they never do. Surf around a bit, you'll find all the news you need. If I'm wrong, great. I so wish I'm wrong, but I fear this isn't the case.
SadisticSlayer I do remember one of the Atlus guys linking to webshops on Twitter for import American 3DS's, which could be interpreted like the game is not coming anymore or that the chances are extremely low.
Wow that's just awful. I mean what does Atlus have against Europe? The game is already translated, so can't they just put the English version on a European 3DS cartridge? (I don't really know how that works though...)
Strekla Stories for PS3. It was announced in 2010 as part of the Little Tail Bronx universe (Tail Concerto on PS1, Solatorobo: Red the Hunter on DS), but nothing's been said about the game since... :/
Victor Ireland (Gaijinworks / Working Designs) was localizing Tengai Makyou / Far East of Eden Ziria for the 360. It came out that he was working on the localization around 2008/2009 and then there was silence, for years. Evidently. The publishing deal fell through and the game was about 50% translated. Bummer on Dragon Quest. Coincidentally, I was also thinking about this series today. Square-Enix seems to have little interest in bringing it west.
Kaio: King of Pirates was a neat looking project Inafune was working on that was announced quite some time ago (when the 3DS actually came out, I believe). It's been delayed more times than I can remember and besides one cinematic trailer, we really haven't seen anything at all about it. Looks really cool, too; almost like One Piece.
I remember getting excited for Grand Knights History because I get excited for any anime style game with vanillaware's stamp on it. I remember they were initially planning for a North American release and then at the very last minute, they decided they weren't going to do it. Its too bad, I heard it was a solid game for the most part.
Dude!! Where did you get your t-shirt!?! It's awesome!!!!!!!! as a matter of fact, where you get your shirts? I noticed that you wear a lot of really cool t-shirts, but I have no idea where to get them myself! please tell me! :D
Oh god this Atlus always had troubles released most of their games in EU since they don't even have an European branch, i am still amazed they could even release soul hackers.
Nintendo completely ripped me off. The game was announced in february 2013 for EU and it's the reason why I bought a 3DS. I wish I could get some answers instead of the silence.
Edge of Sanity Im in the same boat as you, there was pages on amazon for pre-orders with dates and everything. so I bought my 3DS in butt-clenched anticipation then nothing came of it. I mean, I like Overclocked and Soul Hackers, but SMTIV just looks phenomenal, and it's already translated, so why is it not even a digital release? I wrote to atlus about it and didnt get a reply.
Final Fantasy 15 I been waiting for since high school. Wondering if it will ever actually be made lol. (9 years) Doom 4 I been hearing about for years, yet never seen a damned thing. Half Life 3, COME ON!!! Now it's episode 3???? After all this time, just an add on on an dated engine?.... Can't think of many right now
Ff15 will be out for next gen consoles sometime 2014/15 it was originally call ff versus or something but has been rebranded for nxt gen consoles and there is pleanty footage on youtube of it :)
Yeah seen all of that and have been knowing about it since 2005. Just at one time, there was no rumors until suddenly it was changed to 15 and then got more trailers.
***** My friend told me about that and wasn't sure if he got the info wrong cause I never heard anything about it. But since you said the same thing it must be legit. I just find it odd me of all people never heard of it when I am on gaming news all the damn time lol
***** I'm someone who likes to look up videos and wikipedia and other random info about games and movies, so I hate this trend of calling the latest film/game reboot the same name as the original (Doom, Thief, Halloween, etc). Just makes it that much harder to find info, search ebay, etc. without getting results for the other versions.
I always assumed we weren't getting DQX on Wii because by the time localization would be finished it would be too late. How long would localization take/cost to bring DQX to Wii U?
Glover 2 for the Nintendo 64 would spring to mind as it was one of my FAVORITE platformers of all time! Not having a clue it was cancelled and I remembered wondering if they was gonna make a part 2 after the ending to the first one.
There was a game coming out for the Genesis called "Dando" (Which I still have pictures of by the way)and the pictures of the main character looked like the main character for Legendary Axe on the TG-16 just with light body armor on (Red & Blue) and it never came out .
DQ7 on the 3DS two years later better late then never lol.
Dragon Quest X would be absolutely amazing....seriously haven't played an MMO in forever but that would definitely get me to jump on board
6 years later and dqx still not translated 💀
Mother 3 on the N64. :(
honestly the gba version looked so much better to me.
I forgot about that. I remember it being such a big deal at the time. Screenshots featured in the UK's N64 magazine all the time. In fact, I think it was the same screenshot every month.
finngamer Though, Mother 3 did appear on the gameboy...While still, japan only, again..
Lol still waiting for Earthbound official release.
Sturmwind
Nah, there was new info all the time. First it was to come on the 64DD, then it was transferred to a regular cartridge. But after 8 years in development, it was canned.
It is cool that they released the GBA version, but a 3D RPG would have been so welcome on the N64.
two years later dragon quest 7 is finally released on 3ds outside japan lol
2 more years later and PSO2 is coming to the West.
Silent Hills can now be added to the list I guess
3 words.
The Last Guardian.
100% brother!
It will get shown at E3 this year, I CAN FEEL IT!!
Antnie lol
It's finally out!
3 words for you....
Half Life 3
One name: "Shenmue III", though I don't think it actually had ever been officially announced...
Damn this comment aged bad lol
@@SprunkCovers very glad it did. 😘
Shenmue 3, Highlander for Xbox 360 and PS3, Dirty Harry, Mother 3...and I've depressed myself.
Most defiantly.
The Last Guardian (ever since Team ICO talked about hiring for a new title, back in 2007).
This is it, this is our E3, it has to be... let's do it.
Sebastián Fereira I will cry manly tears, if we get the announcement at E3, lol.
+Matthew J. Boone So? Did you actually cry?
Jetto Agu I did! Also when Shenmue III and Final Fantasy VII Remake were announced! Lol
Great vid. I know there are games like this for me, but unfortunately nothing comes to mind right now.
The fact that Shenmue 3 was never made is a crime
snakehips3131 i guess your pretty happy about the past e3
snakehips3131 heads up it actually got funded by kick starter so there is a shenmue three coming out
+sunnyj209 you just made my day kinda dispointed i didn't see it tho i would have supported it
Distopia (Toaplan /1994)
Gun Beat (Treasure / around 1999)
Scud Race, Jurassic Park - Lost World & Planet Harriers were all announced as Dreamcast ports - but they never released them :(
"StarCraft: Ghost" was the first vaporware that really disappointed me. It was announced. There were trailers. I was pumped... Alas, it wasn't meant to be.
The last guardian.
Couldn't agree more with this one the Dragon Quest series, and where is the remake for Dragon Warrior's Monsters 2? Come on Nintendo!
Last Guardian.....
The Grinder for the Wii.
It's basically Left 4 Dead for the Wii.
The worst for me was Fear Effect Inferno, the third game in the series. I absolutely loved the first two and played through both of them countless times. I was following the progress of Inferno for over a year, it got pushed back several times, and was finally cancelled near completion when the developer was bought out by another company.
Fatal Frame 4 on the Wii still bums me out til this day.
mega man legends 3
cuz fan support I know :'(
The Last Guardian and the Rainbow Six game are the two that come to mind.
Duke Nukem Forev...oh wait, nevermind...
That Dragon Quest 8 Prequal where you played as young Yangus and Red that never got localized...
Do a video on "should RPGs be in schools and used to help kids read more" then write a book report on the games story?
Detective Pikachu only ever got one small mention in which they basically admitted it had the potential to cause harm to their brand. The game sounded amazing; a hard-boiled talking Pikachu detective, Pikablu becoming an actual thing after all these years, and face tracking to give things a surreal, distinctly non-Pikachu feel.

I'm really waiting for The Last Guardian though, like what the heck happened to it?!
Now that the playstation 4 is out I would expect to see it at e3 this year.
LelouchRika that would be awesome
I knew I wouldn't have to look for in the comments to see this mentioned. It was the first game I thought of too.
Icza Me to isn't it by the people that made shadow of the colossus?
Resident Evil for the Gameboy Color.

That's great news =)
However, from Nintendo previous track-record as stated in my comment. I'll believe them when I see it. But if it does show up, I'm gonna have a stroke of excitement =D
Crippled Gamer They have no choice but too now! Since Nintendo lost a ton of bills just around last week or so.
They should get Sega to make an F Zero game for the Wii U too. Another series that the Wii lacked.
Policenauts for the Saturn in '96-97. Finally we got a PS1 fan translation (best console version), but it wasn't until August 2009. PS1 one does not like CD-Rs all that well, even using high-end Taiyo Yuden discs, but it worked in the long run.

Conker's Other bad fur day... Metal Gear Solid Online... Megaman Universe(That one hurt me deeply), Megaman ZX3(I love this series), MMLegends3, FF Agito, Star Wars 1313, etc.
Star fox 2222222
Best part about that game is it was finished, just not released.
AtticusRh0des
After reading that, it made it more depressing.
Earthbound 2 . Legend of Zelda (a new one)
Neopulse00 Why? You can play it.
***** You heard wrong.
It happens to me so many times, especially with jrpg, that I learned to never expect anything and be happy for what we get -.-
The Last Guardian...
The Last Guardian
The life span of the Wii went by before I could play Sadness... so I know your pain, man.
a long time ago, fantasy live online for the original XBOX. I was sick of first person shooters and sports, and this is the only game that had promise.
I was REALLY Looking forward to that too back then...

Yakuza 5...
It's about games that were expected several years ago that got cancelled mysteriously. Yakuza 4 is on the PS3 which would make Yakuza 5 not count in this subject.
its here!!
Totally agree with this list. And I am feeling this way about the Retron5, which is basically becoming vaporware at this point.
Fatal Frame 4, and soon to be fatal frame 5 I expect will share the same fate.
Yeah! Why it's never came out in the rest of the world :(
There's a possibilty that it probably will be released internationally this time around, so don't lose hope yet. You guys might want to still keep your eyes and ears alert for that.

Tarkhun Fora Except, it's not shovelware. The Fatal Frame series is a masterpiece.
I remember about 10 years ago, there was supposed to be a Daredevil game on home consoles which would have a sandbox environment. Why did that have to be canned?
Mega Man Legends 3..... >.> it got "silenced" by Capcom alright.
The Last Guardian. Yeah, obvious I know.
I really hope The Last Guardian finally comes out.
I can't help feeling like Oddworld: New 'n Tasty will end up falling into this category. Oddworld Inhabitants has always been notorious for vapourware (Hand of Odd, Sligstorm, The Brutal Ballad of Fangus Klot).
well i did a Video some time ago called Top 10 games that werent released, but its in german
Well... not that it was ever announced, but.... Shenmue III is a game that I've been waiting for ever since that damn cliffhanger at the end of Shenmue II.
PSO2 for the Vita came out already in Japan.
Yeah, he said that. He was bummed that there's currently no info on a US release.
Naterkix He didn't mention he knew it was released in Japan. Watch again.
Starcraft Ghost was that way...
Earthbound 64
didnt it become mother 3?
Alexred94 It did. They took most of the stuff from EB64, then rebuilt and tweaked it to become Mother 3/Eartbound 3.
jonn mace
Still would have been nice to experience it on the 64. Back in the day.
Or you mean Mother 3 on GBA. No big deal you can just get it for GBA...after you learn japanese....and after you fork over $90. ya...
Matt Gamingcomicsanimation There is a fan translation of Mother 3. While Mother 3 is the same story as Earthbound 64, it would have been an entirely different gaming experience on the N64.

No, you actually didn't get a FF12 poster in 2002-2003
Dope line up of games!!! Lets hope at least one of these come out!!!
HALF LIFE 3 CONFIRMED!!!!!
We’re still waiting for DQX in 2020
I really wanted Shenmue 2 to come out on Dreamcast with the English Dub never happened :(
For me it was robotech crystal dreams on n64.....waited and waited then bang it was no more :-(
Still would love to see DQ X come to the West. I have never gotten into an MMO before but I would definitely give that a try.
Have you tried the japanese version of PSO2 with the english translation patch/tweaker for PC?
Beyond Good and Evil 2 :'(
The Last Guardian???
What happened with The Grinder for the Wii? It was never cancelled, i think. Is it coming now for the Wii U? No one knows...
Yeah, the game seemed very interesting.

Zero Aurion
I wouldn't say that it would be a terrible idea, but people treat that as like an emmidiate fix, when clearly Nintendo can do wrong.
Flipnote Studio 3D has caused a lot of rage for Nintendo fans, since it was originally suppose to release in August 2013.
starcraft ghost! xd
SadisticSlayer
I do remember one of the Atlus guys linking to webshops on Twitter for import American 3DS's, which could be interpreted like the game is not coming anymore or that the chances are extremely low.
Wow that's just awful. I mean what does Atlus have against Europe? The game is already translated, so can't they just put the English version on a European 3DS cartridge? (I don't really know how that works though...)
What the hell do you mean by that?
Strekla Stories for PS3. It was announced in 2010 as part of the Little Tail Bronx universe (Tail Concerto on PS1, Solatorobo: Red the Hunter on DS), but nothing's been said about the game since... :/
I think we'll get something this E3, but where's Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem?
Is that actually a thing?! That sounds awesome!
I really wanted EarthBound 64! Also awesome shirt!
Dude I know that parts of the game got put into M3 but EarthBound 64 would of been WAY different!
iam stil waiting for shenmue 3 grandia 2 skies of arcadia 3
i did not no that
ok thanks for the info i rememmber playing grandia 2 on the dreamcast realy cool game i did not know of grandia 1 on the psx and grandia 3 on the ps2
Skies of Arcadia 3??? There's not even a Skies of Arcadia 2...Is there??
Matt Gamingcomicsanimation Oh duh there's not...It'd be cool if there was though. Perhaps if it was on Gamecube or Wii.
Shenmue 3 .
Resident Evil Portable for Sony PSP
Yeah me too, luckily we can always enjoy the ps1 version on the psp right? :V
I have the original, directors cut and gamecube remake :D
Resident Evil Survivor should be on the PSN also even though it's the Worst one out of all the PS1 RE Games
you can always rip your own ps1 game with custom firmware on the psp
Lol wasn't that announced a good 6-7 years ago I just want to know what it was going be like at least
I remember getting excited for Grand Knights History because I get excited for any anime style game with vanillaware's stamp on it. I remember they were initially planning for a North American release and then at the very last minute, they decided they weren't going to do it. Its too bad, I heard it was a solid game for the most part.
Fez 2 :'(
wow, just reading these comments brings back very salty memories...
...why the fuck did Phil cancel Fez 2 over one guy being a prick is beyond me.
And it also needs to be said. Johnny has got to have the BEST taste in t shirts.
Yakuza 5 and yakuza 1&2 HD remake :-(
Dude!! Where did you get your t-shirt!?! It's awesome!!!!!!!! as a matter of fact, where you get your shirts? I noticed that you wear a lot of really cool t-shirts, but I have no idea where to get them myself! please tell me! :D
Shin megami tensei 4....still not in EU. Not exactly the same thing but it annoys me.
It's been out in the US for over a year man
GEN2GEN I know my mistake, edited comment.
Oh god this
Atlus always had troubles released most of their games in EU since they don't even have an European branch, i am still amazed they could even release soul hackers.
Nintendo completely ripped me off. The game was announced in february 2013 for EU and it's the reason why I bought a 3DS. I wish I could get some answers instead of the silence.
Edge of Sanity
Im in the same boat as you, there was pages on amazon for pre-orders with dates and everything. so I bought my 3DS in butt-clenched anticipation then nothing came of it. I mean, I like Overclocked and Soul Hackers, but SMTIV just looks phenomenal, and it's already translated, so why is it not even a digital release? I wrote to atlus about it and didnt get a reply.
Chocobo Racing 3DS....
Saw pics and a TBD on the wiki's...still gone..
I personally cannot wait for it
***** My friend told me about that and wasn't sure if he got the info wrong cause I never heard anything about it. But since you said the same thing it must be legit. I just find it odd me of all people never heard of it when I am on gaming news all the damn time lol
*****
I'm someone who likes to look up videos and wikipedia and other random info about games and movies, so I hate this trend of calling the latest film/game reboot the same name as the original (Doom, Thief, Halloween, etc). Just makes it that much harder to find info, search ebay, etc. without getting results for the other versions.
I've been waiting for The Last Guardian, as I'm sure most people are. Also, nice shirt Johnny!
Final fantasy type zero =_=!
That game is getting fan translated tho
I don't have a particular game in mind, it always amazes me how, a complete game or a game that is 90% complete is canceled and never released.
Just got a notification that this video was up, love watching the show!
When I first got the Sega 32X. I remember seeing a pictures of a cool looking X-Men title "Coming Soon"
I always assumed we weren't getting DQX on Wii because by the time localization would be finished it would be too late. How long would localization take/cost to bring DQX to Wii U?
I'm right there with you on Phantasy Star Online 2 and Dragon Quest X.
I hope it does come West but I really want Yokai Watch from Level 5 on Nintendo 3DS
-last guardian
-starcraft ghost
The Last Goddamn Guardian and Shenmue 3. That is all...my body needs them.
Glover 2 for the Nintendo 64 would spring to mind as it was one of my FAVORITE platformers of all time! Not having a clue it was cancelled and I remembered wondering if they was gonna make a part 2 after the ending to the first one.
Thrill Kill on ps1, over 15 years ago :(
You can play that via an emulator.
It sucks.
The Last Guardian, Team ICO is such a great studio and they didn´t give us a game on the last generation.
Unity on the Gamecube, Geoff Crammond's Grand Prix 4 on the original Xbox, Gridrunner Revolution on the Xbox360, The Last Guardian Playstation3...
StarCraft Ghosts!?!? I would still love to see a version of this someday.
There was a game coming out for the Genesis called "Dando" (Which I still have pictures of by the way)and the pictures of the main character looked like the main character for Legendary Axe on the TG-16 just with light body armor on (Red & Blue) and it never came out .
