Ancient Debris can generate at any y level but is more common below y25. Fabulous nether hub - you set the bar really high.

you should look at getting a datapack that stops enderman from picking up blocks considering your spending so much time terraforming and its looking amazing but the endermen could just ruin it without you realising till you go past it! great builds so far tho man
Fact....Ancient Debra can spawn at any level in the nether but is more common around level 15. Also mine on chuck broader for better results.
