Thanks so much for this beautiful video. Primordia’s characters and story were a lifetime of dreaming, so it means a lot to know it connected with you.
@@jessicaclakley3691 Yep! I've always tried to thank folks who take the time to play our game and share their thoughts; it matters so much to us as developers and it's what keeps our little games alive!
Ok, I've never heard of this game, but since you've reviewed two of my favorite underrated games, Koudelka and ShadowHearts, I'll be experiencing this game myself soon. thanks for the tip! 👍
I love your videos. I got randomly recommended your Koudelka video and was very interested. I can recommend SOMA, a game that combines both of these subjects pretty beautifully and raises the question "What difference is there between humans and sufficiently advanced AI?"
Honestly surprised there wasn't an Aigis mention/joke considering the video's topic! Good stuff once again Earlybird. I love the new artwork for yourself it's freaking adorable. Primordia has a really nice art style to it. Some good va and an Interesting little plot and themes too. Looking forward to whatever you have planned next!
Great video I do enjoy seeing videos about games people enjoy. Its a great way to spread the word of smaller games that people might have missed or overlooked keep up the good work.
If you like philosophical questions, and the robotic future of this game, you'd probably also like SOMA. It is a rather short sci-fi horror game from the creators of Amnesia, and takes up the question of what it means to be human, and if/how humans differ from sufficiently advanced AIs.
No fucking way u discovered this game XD... I thought i was the only person on the planet to like it XD I remember even the dev responded to me on the forums like... on the very first winter sales when i started using steam. The art, the story, the music, the voice acting, old school headscratcher of a point and click, and severely overlooked, because by the time it came out, the walking dead was so popular, and they were point and click games on autopilot, where it was impossible to NOT KNOW what to do. This is one of those where "if you're stuck, you're stuck" XD
I played this randomly cuz I thought the art looked cool and everything is just so good Im shocked it’s not more well known! The puzzles are definitely tricky but it feels great to figure em out. 😁

finally got around to writing this, but another fantastic video! There were a lot of moments that you let speak for themselves. I really appreciate that, as a summary doesn't quite do them justice. You did a great job highlighting how a game's story can tie very closely to your own life experience in a really specific way, which is cool! I had a similar path with religion and sometimes i wish grappling with my impending demise had some form of solace. Alas, time moves on. This one felt exceptionally well researched and thought through, as you cited a lot of things the developer wrote and spoke on, which really enhanced the experience. thank you so much for all the continued effort to make these really entertaining videos!

just finished Primorida for the second time today. Like 10 minutes ago actually. My favorite continuity throughout the story is seeing how Horachio develops as he discovers himself and the system. And as a religious person, him justifying and tying his final decision (the ending I chose where he used the thanos virus) to his purpose which was deemed from a higher power (man), strictly because of his faith, was satisfying to see. even if he was created to be a destroyer. overall, great game, lots of diverse philosophical themes and does satire right. plus, props for the half life reference for when you trade for the crowbar lol
