hi brother can you make video for mining XMR
ok brother
Can i use HP motherboard
so is there a minimum amout of ram i should use on 6 gpu rig? it will only be running the os and the mining software right?
@@berryerpacic9995 I’ve heard that 8GB is enough for Windows and the mining software.
This is -exactly- what I have been looking for in a how to build this video, thank you so much!
One of the best in the Business. Mining Chamber always does his research, knows his stuff, and then does a great job simplifying.
Pro tip: If you take other people's kidneys, then you do not have to trade your own for Mining Rig parts :)
Your awesome man! 💙⛏️ And yes hahah good tip on the kidneys 😂😂 *kicks a kidney under the couch*
@@MiningChamber Did you have a college degree in electrical engineering? Is it necessary?
Great video as always! Excellent info for beginners 🤓
I like how you simplified everything for everybody learning this from scratch 📝
Thank you brother! You keep up the awesome work too!
The way he says “after u lost a kidney or 2” LMAOOOOO he’s just saying it so casually
Thank you for this detailed video. Makes me want to build one! Keep it up
Sadly I can’t because I have little money

That is one awesome rig bro! Just getting into this so thanks for this video!!
@Susan milky Susan how much do you make? Is it worth it?
Great video, I use 4 Risers per dual pcie cable, as long as you monitor if your GPUs are not pulling in excess of the rated max capacity of the cable you're fine, my 3070 rig only pulls 15W per riser, but 3 Risers is worry free/ safer way to go about it
I built similar frame by myself and realized later the spreading between cards was a bit too tight resulting to more heat bein generated and making any maintenance a bit painful. When I was making my 2nd frame I made it wider and it is so much more comfortable to work on and has way less heat issues.
That's a very good tip!!

Have you tried connecting any solar kits to any of your rigs to help offset the energy costs? Would love to see a video on that.

Thanks for the video. Trying to get back into mining and finding it impossible to find gpus
Pleasure! It really is hard, best of luck my friend
Thanks. Ordered a few Radeon GPUs.
Thanks great video

Does the motherboard come with risers, or do you have to purchase them separately?
Thanks for det video, man! Do you have any experience/thoughts on riserless mining motherboards?
THIS IS GREAT!!! Master, everything is running on 220V?
I love the videos, my brother will subscribe also. We are building a rig this weekend! My pc has the core P5 case from Thermaltake and I love your P3. Greetings from Belgium!!!
Amazing!! Thank you!
hi! thanks for the video! technical question: i have just a regular PSU, and there are only 3 PCIe slots and 3 cables for it. These cables are 8 pins female - 2 x 8 pins male. my 3 GPUs are 2 x 8 pins and i am using 1 splitter for each cable and that results - 3 x 8 pins for each cable that can power 1 GPU + 1 riser, so basically 1 cable with splitter for 1 GPU with riser. I am doing this for couple of months. Is it OK? or is super dangerous? thanks
Your doing exactly what's right! So your good!!
I feel lucky to own 1 Sapphire RX 5700 XT nitro+ and an MSI RX 480 Gaming X. 6 of both at once is a sight to behold.
Amazing Video :)
Amazing content but i am left with one question. Assuming i start with all the components for a 6 gpu rig, am i able to connect just 2 out of the 6 gpus and add the other 4 later?
Man, thanks for this video! Very detailed and I LOVED your own comments when you do something opposite of what you are saying... LOL
Thank you!! And hahah have to cover up my mess ups 😂⛏️
you should move the fan's cable to the other side.
this will eliminate any chance of inductive currents being formed (how small they are)
in the ram
ua-cam.com/video/Vz6h--lavIs/v-deo.html ( My new Video GPU Mining 3090)
Thanks brother
question how do you get a display ona monitor just using a hdmi cable connected to one of the gpu?
Very good question, I was wondering the same
I have not tried this yet but the motherboard itself has its own HDMI port - don't see why you couldn't use that one. You arent gaming so connecting to the GPU isn't really necessary. Right?
so wich port are u using to display the screen the motherboard one? or any random one of any gpu
Yay, this will be fun
;)
Thank U bro!
"Possibly lost a kidney or two in return for a gpu" LOL
*For some GPUs - come on man Kidneys are not that cheap :P my jokes are so lame hahaha

Damma beatz One times one, golden song
6Pins are able to deliver 75W of Power on two 8pins able to get 300w in...no wunder some cables are burning out. A GPU can get 75w from the PCIE means if you split 75W to two risers you will have just 50 percent you need. So there are two options you PSU is able to deliver more..means unsafe for the cables or PSU switches off.
This is the video I needed... 🤩
Oh please.. you know this like the back of your hand :P

How to Build Mining Rig RTX 3080
ua-cam.com/video/XxouOq_HArM/v-deo.html
Love the content very educational thanks for all your work! I want to get into mining but an hesitant because of the prices on gpu’s would you recommend biting the bullet and getting newer cards, slightly older cards, or just waiting for prices to drop?
Thank you!! I honestly cant give you financial advice but what I am doing is keeping an eye open and trying super hard to get gpus are MSRP (specifically the RTX 3000 Series because they can mine more than just Ethereum when Ethereum moves to POS) and here and there I would buy one for more than MSRP. Its an investment and I am aware that it can go sideways ;) so only investing what I can afford to lose
@SuperpoweredDesigns even if I buy a 30 series graphics card on ebay at double or so msrp im still making way more than I would be with that same amount sitting in a high interest account dont know where your pulling 4x-10x prices and 50k rigs
@SuperpoweredDesigns chose not to reply because your either a troll or too dumb to realize what your typing not even going to waste my time reading all of what you typed I never said anything a bout 1 month If I can buy a 3060ti for 400 above msrp and make $3 a day off of it thats a profit
If my PCIe cable going from my ATX PSU to my GPU has a splitter, can i use one for the riser and the other for the GPU? or should i have them on their independent cable?
possibly lost the kidney 😅✌ & Thanks for the informative video, I couldn't go away without subscribing to your channel
Hi, when you choose for example 6 graphics cards for your rig, must the graphics cards all be exactly the same or can some of them be different so 4 will have 3060 and 2 will have a 3080 ti?
When you calculate how much your rig mined, you deduct the cost of electric, silly question is that is it deducted from your household electric supplier or is it deducted from the mining platforms?
Assuming i am using 6 3060 rtxs, how do i calculate its hashrate and what is hashrate and how to calculate it on the electric costs?
Sounds silly or may have not asked the right questions but as numbers is something im not good at thought it be better to ask the best way i could.
Also when I am ready to start mining, could you recommend me which platforms to use and mine via through the cloud or the other way?

Hi. Thanks for this video. However, I have one question. Can I use express card instead of the PCIe slot. I am trying to save my wifi card and I need to know if the speeds are the same. Thanks again
Great work! nice , new sub here ! thanks !!
Merci pour le break down
Hey man, nice video! Loved it! I'm trying to start with a simple mining rig but i'm still figuring out everything. I wanted to ask: in your experience, how long do the GPu's last if they are mining continuously?
Thank you!! I've seen gpus that last 5+ years. I've had mine for more than 2 years so far and nothing broke down yet, all working flawlessly. I clean them regularly so that's a key factor
@@MiningChamber Thank you so much for the quick reply!! That's great, i'm really going to start something like this! Keep doing your videos man, love it!! Cheers
@@MiningChamber Can you run 2 psu and use one for graphics cards and one for the motherboard and everything else? Or does it all have to be from the same psu
Nice vídeo! Im getting trouble with the BIOS settings ir my motherboard. I have an MSI Z490-A Pro that Im using on my mining rig. It works with 2 GPUs, One on the motherboard and the other linked with a riser. The miner starts just fine with both GPUs but after a while the onde thats on the riser, stops. I have enabled the 4g decoding, choosed GEN2 On max link speed and 96 PCI bus for PCI latency timer. Im using 2 Rtx 3080. Any suggestions to solve the problem?
Love the intro song
Coming from art background and new to all these crypto thingy, this is like building a rocket to the moon for me.
Which way for chassis fans is best? Air into the card or as an exhaust?
Hey, I am confused in one thing, do we need a cpu that does not bottleneck the gpus Or i can install a normal ryzen 5 as well?
Are you plugging a riser to the full size pcie port?
Very nice bro 🙏
Thanks for the video! I have a question regarding dual 8-pin GPU power supply. Based on ATX standard, one 8-pin connector can carry up to 150 W of power from PSU to Graphic Card. Since you are using splitter here for dual 8-pin GPU, which essentially still connects to only ONE 8-pin connector from PSU, does that mean you have to keep each GPU under 150 W power consumption limit in order to play it safely? Thanks!
ua-cam.com/video/Vz6h--lavIs/v-deo.html ( My new Video GPU Mining 3090)
I just popped in to say how sick your team liquid chair is
Haha thank you ! I love it!!
Can you add more gpus externally by the sata cables?
you seem to have multiple raisers plugged into the same slot, is that correct? how do you do that?
Could you do a video on how many mining rigs are recommended to mine what types of currencies? I'm thinking of three different currencies at the moment but would be nice to get some feedback
It's best to mine what's most profitable and then sell it and buy what you want. In this case ETH. If you want to mine a small coin in hopes of price going up then you can do that for sure!
Great Video
hi, can i know how many ram you use for this motherboard. thank you so much for your video
How do you get windows 10 to recognize the graphics cards? I have three plugged into a Biostar TB250 but only one is available in the device manager. I have been in the bios and set mining to enabled and set the pci slots to gen1. None of the 2 gpus on the riser cards are visible. The only gpu available is the one plugged into the motherboard. I have swapped out riser cards and usb cables, updated the mobo drivers etc. etc. but nothing works. Do you have any videos on this aspect? This is proving to be the most difficult/frustrating part.
Can u power the Gpu & rise with type4 pcie 8 to 6 pin cable & also can u run 5500xt 5700xt on 1 line or are they to powerful
hi my friend! great video, I have a question, Im a little confused to power on my riser and gpu, can I use a splitter from PSU to powering the riser and the gpu with that same cable? gpu rtx3070
thank you! and Yes you can!
I love your English 🥰 its easy
Would like to request that you create a video showing how to setup a 1 or 2 GPU miner. I have been using ASIC miners and would like to kick the tires on a GPU miner. Thinking about this as a proof of concept which is why i am looking setting a 1 or 2 gpu miner. Want the chassis to reflect this. Not looking for a barn burner in turns of performance but to get an idea as to if I want to proceed and build a proper gpu miner.
Hey mining Chamber would you say a few 1gig gpus will be enough to start?
damn I need that mining hub shirt
that cracked me up! haha
Help me out brother, is it ok to connect 6 pin to 8 pin splitter with RX 580 8gb? cause i heard that 6pin connector only have 75 watts? please guide me asap!
This guy is the reasoning for GPU prices being so high
Does it matter what brand/type of CPU we need for our motherboard?
My first question: What wattage output is needed for your PSU? Second question: Does it make a difference if we get a motherboard with 8 PCIe X16 slots instead of X1?
