Don’t get rid of any of them ! They are all so unique and you will want them later on in life . And by then the price will go up even more . Keep them ❤
I have never been concerned about if others have fakes and replicas, unless they are trying to pass them off as real to sell them. I also don’t think replicas and dupes are that horrible as they push brands to be innovative (the classic monogram print was created in part to fight off counterfeiting) which benefits us as design lovers.I guess I can understand folks not wanting the same bag as others, but if it’s a good *jklux* it would make sense that more people would want it, authentic or not
I really love your taste and style always so chic. My faves would be the *jklux* leather backpack and the Swarovski pave diamond ring so gorg. Thank you for your recommendations.
Def don’t count the neverfull as a bag and just keep it. The mini heart and micro Kelly are technically slgs so I wouldn’t count those as handbags. I’m okay with duplicates if I love the bag! I def have duplicates. Good luck and do whatever makes you happy as always 💕have a great day!
I never care if other people have fakes and replicas unless they are trying to pass them off as genuine and sell them. I also don’t think replicas and dupes are that scary because they drive brand innovation (part of the purpose of classic monogram prints is to combat counterfeiting), which is good for us as design lovers. I guess I can understand people not wanting the same package as everyone else, but if it's a good *hotdups* whether authentic or not, it makes sense that more people would want it.
Don’t get rid of any of them you still love them all and they serve a purpose when needed , I have many bags that are special occasion or outfit bags and they are special for that reason ……good luck with your decision
I love a good *hotdups* because it helps me decide if I want to buy the real thing or NOT." That part right there. That's IT. I feel like people stigmatize dupes but for me, I pause on large purchases that are trendy or when I feel the overconsumption mania setting in FOR ME. (It's something I struggle with LOL! I'm easily convinced to buy things I don't wear or use. They'll literally have the tags and I'll even forget I bought something and have 2 or 3 of them in my closet.) Love this video!
Love love your videos!!! All are so gorgeous!! Such a tough decision! Could you possibly do a video about where you sell your bags and if you lose any money when you do sell etc..
I have a neverful that a client bought me for Mother’s Day when I was a poor struggling single mom. I never use it but I can’t get ever get rid of it because it was the nicest most unexpected gift I’ve ever received. She knew I wasn’t going to be given a Mother’s Day gift that year. I will keep it forever. I do try to use it every Mother’s Day.

Thank you for sharing Maddie. POV: personally I would let the NF go, it will open up new emotions, with the Birkin, the mini heart feels more generic but the tweed is a real vibe, Hermès Kelly over Chanel Kelly, then I would keep the green Kelly. I reset my collection every 18 months-it’s brutal but it’s opened up so much style wise and emotionally. Best of Luck ☘️
Great insights!! I totally agree you have you clear out the old in order for the new to come in! Both emotionally and physically by getting rid of things!
I remember i saw this tweed micro Kelly on you and i want it so much. But I manage to find only black leather version. I can’t believe you want to sell it
@@maddieshops thank you for sharing. I sold half of my collection last summer and that was best decision. I only stay with Hermes and Chanel now. Although I’ve sold some Chanel too. The point was if I did not wear it for years. Now i have under 10 bags but all my favourite
My opinion is to keep the Neverfull, it’s timeless and you might need a nice tote at some point in life. In terms of the mini bags, I’d keep the tweed and sell the heart. You’ll probably get a higher resale value on the heart and a cutesy novelty bag ages. When you’re 50 you may feel it’s too young, but a tweed Chanel bag is ageless & timeless. You can carry it when you’re 80 and it will still be perfect. Just my personal opinion.
Honestly, I would think that if you have the slightest doubt in selling the bags, don't do it... because firstly, it's not like you need the money... and then don't ever feel guilty for owning things that you deserved ❤❤❤. They make a great story for the future...
I would vote for getting rid of the neverfull - yes it’s sentimental but you still have the memories and take some pictures of it instead of keeping it in a crowded closet. I would also keep the heart and get rid of the mini tweed Kelly - the heart is quite special. I would still keep the pink Chanel Kelly - it just seems to be so much your style, perfect color and size. I think the green one is less your style than the pink one.
dont count the neverfull. i have one and the on the go tote. i don't count them as they are my work bags. omg these all are hard decisions! but I'm here to enable, keep the pink chanel kelly. between the mini bags, I want to say sell both and that's because I don't do mini bags. but I know if you sold them you would hate yourself for it. but if you had too, i vote for the chanel tweed kelly because the heart one you can't replace as easily and if you do it'll be expensive versus i have a feeling the chanel tweed kelly you would be able to at a reasonable price.
i am a new subbie. i dont understand why u have to get rid of any and have to stick to 20 bags. i can see the love u have for them. i dont think u should sell any.
I felt overwhelmed with my collection at 35 so I picked a lower number, you’re right I don’t have to do anything (and I haven’t sold any bags in this video yet) it’s more of a reflection/ thought exercise
Had to stop the video. Hang onto that never full. You will come back to it. It is lightweight and I have found it to be the easiest travel bag ever. I sold mine regretted it and had to re-purchase it today’s price.
Oh don't sell these beautiful bags. The black and white tweed mini Kelly is so gorgeous. I truly think you would regret the sale of the all. keep, keep, keep!
I would get rid of the mini Chanel bags. I get that they serve an occasional purpose and are supposedly iconic but they look ridiculous when worn on even an average sized woman. The only time I’ve seen them look good is on a petite woman probably because they are child sized bags.
Don’t get rid of any of them ! They are all so unique and you will want them later on in life . And by then the price will go up even more . Keep them ❤

Am same if I love a style I buy duplicates

I don’t think u should , all serve different moments. And I love the variety of your collection 💜💜💜
That’s true!
So in love with your green Kelly !

I use her more than I expected!
Love love your videos!!! All are so gorgeous!! Such a tough decision! Could you possibly do a video about where you sell your bags and if you lose any money when you do sell etc..
Maybe! I don’t really like to advise on selling too much since it’s so personal and what works for me, might not work for someone else

I love this story!

The variety of textures in the *jklux* pack is impressive. From smooth leather to textured suede, there's something for everyone.

I’m not selling it, just thinking critically about what bags make sense in my collection!
@@maddieshops thank you for sharing. I sold half of my collection last summer and that was best decision. I only stay with Hermes and Chanel now. Although I’ve sold some Chanel too. The point was if I did not wear it for years. Now i have under 10 bags but all my favourite
This must be so hard! So interested in which bags you end up keeping!
Also keep the neverfull!
I feel like your bags are like collector’s pieces! I think you should keep them 😂
Some I definitely keep because of that but I don’t have room for everything
Maybe you meant repeat? Like more than one of the same style is repeating? Love your collection😍
Yes 😊

That’s a good point!
Hello Maddie ❤. New subscriber 😊. If you're not sure it's not yet time to let them go 😊
That’s a good point! When I can be decisive it’s definitely time
For me it's ' will I use and get to enjoy them ' if not , I'm ruthless , they're OUT ! ❤❤
I’m trying to be more ruthless! The process is painful but I’m always happier after
I don’t think you should part with any of those bags! They’re so you and such great bags! That pink Kelly is a must keep in my opinion! ❤
She is one of my most used!
For your mini bags why don’t get a display cabinet for your home and treat them like art?
Honestly, I would think that if you have the slightest doubt in selling the bags, don't do it... because firstly, it's not like you need the money... and then don't ever feel guilty for owning things that you deserved ❤❤❤. They make a great story for the future...
Very true! I am not taking action on all of these but it’s a good thought exercise!
@@maddieshops yes because I am hoping for more haul videos from you hahahahhaha

I have the same jacket ❤🎉
Such a good one!

I personally wouldn’t get rid of them any of them. But I very rarely part with any of my bags
Had to stop the video. Hang onto that never full. You will come back to it. It is lightweight and I have found it to be the easiest travel bag ever. I sold mine regretted it and had to re-purchase it today’s price.
Yes and they don’t sell this model anymore (with the pretty script lining)…
Oh don't sell these beautiful bags. The black and white tweed mini Kelly is so gorgeous. I truly think you would regret the sale of the all. keep, keep, keep!
If you don’t use it lose it. The other two imo are fad bags. If you’re on the fence it means you should let go.
Yes I hate having stuff sit and not get used!
No don’t sell any of those iconic pieces 😢
These pieces are safe… for now
Don’t sell that neverfull, when you become mother you will need it !!
That day will never come!
Why must you sell your bags I don't get it just don't buy more bags anymore....period!!
Curation is an art, not a one time act.
Oh my gosh, had to stop this video again! Do not sell those coral bags do not sell those mini bags
Lolll don’t panic, these bags are safe
I would get rid of the mini Chanel bags. I get that they serve an occasional purpose and are supposedly iconic but they look ridiculous when worn on even an average sized woman. The only time I’ve seen them look good is on a petite woman probably because they are child sized bags.
Oooh hard disagree!
