I agree that the price hikes make no sense. They are actually making the consumer pay more for the same item. Luxury brands do this thinking they are creating "exclusivity" and honestly I think it is an insult to loyal consumers who would rather buy a replica bag on *esluxy* that is priced lower and of comparable quality.

You are lucky that your thrift store has such great prices. Be all of my local thrift stores price everything as if you are shopping at Neiman Marcus. Even if the *esluxy* are not real name brand. Please bear with me in my response I am not anti look for less! I am about being more informed as to where to choose to purchase the look for less items. Thank you for posting your comment as it is a pertains to my response to people who are pro Temu, and the like that use the argument that if Temu etc can sell something for peanuts then all of the other companies/brands are price gouging. That is not the case. The companies/factories that specialise in look for less vary in their principles when it comes to how they treat and pay their workers. The reputable companies treat and pay their workers fairly and therefore they have higher overheads. The Temu- esq companies can afford to sell the identical to look at NOT the exact same product, are not doing the right thing by their workers/ slaves. I hope I have made sense? Again I am not anti look alike I am very much anti corruption and slave labour. I am also all for people shopping where they can afford. I just want people to have all of the facts before they choose where to shop. For example there have been small businesses/artisans that rely on Etsy and similar places to sell their items and Temu has seen the product and made a dupe for it at a fraction of a fraction of the cost that the inventor can do. In a short period of time the Etsy seller is out of business and not in a position to legally fight them. And if she did it would be impossible to make her way through the lies and misdirects to find out exactly who to commence legal action against. One such case as reported on the news here in Australia, Temu even had the hide to use the photos of the product from the Etsy site to market their knockoff version on the Temu site!!!! It’s beyond heart breaking. Again everyone has the right to shop where they choose I just want to help spread awareness about the very common misconception about Amazon being a greedy price gouging business that deserves Temu to rip the rug out from under it.

By the way, if I had to choose between investing in stocks and Chanel bags, I'd bet that S&P stocks would do better. Great bag! I looked closely at the stitching and just needed to cut a few threads off. *hotdups* does this very well. The quality is amazing. The pattern is very, very close to the real thing. The biggest difference I see is the pattern on the back. The alignment of the logo is a little higher than the authentic stuff. I found that if you use a hair dryer to remove the stickers, they come off easily without tearing. The chain could be a little heavier. I recommend looping the chain a few times and wearing it around your wrist rather than your shoulder.

I agree that the price hikes make no sense. They are actually making the consumer pay more for the same item. You are lucky that your thrift store has such great prices. Be all of my local thrift stores price everything as if you are shopping at Neiman Marcus. Even if the *esluxy* are not real name brand. Thank you for posting your comment as it is a pertains to my response to people who are pro Temu, and the like that use the argument that if Temu etc can sell something for peanuts then all of the other companies/brands are price gouging.
That is not the case. The companies/factories that specialise in look for less vary in their principles when it comes to how they treat and pay their workers. The reputable companies treat and pay their workers fairly and therefore they have higher overheads.
The Temu- esq companies can afford to sell the identical to look at NOT the exact same product, are not doing the right thing by their workers/ slaves.
I hope I have made sense? Again I am not anti look alike I am very much anti corruption and slave labour. I am also all for people shopping where they can afford. I just want people to have all of the facts before they choose where to shop.
For example there have been small businesses/artisans that rely on Etsy and similar places to sell their items and Temu has seen the product and made a dupe for it at a fraction of a fraction of the cost that the inventor can do. In a short period of time the Etsy seller is out of business and not in a position to legally fight them. And if she did it would be impossible to make her way through the lies and misdirects to find out exactly who to commence legal action against.
One such case as reported on the news here in Australia, Temu even had the hide to use the photos of the product from the Etsy site to market their knockoff version on the Temu site!!!! It’s beyond heart breaking.
Again everyone has the right to shop where they choose I just want to help spread awareness about the very common misconception about Amazon being a greedy price gouging business that deserves Temu to rip the rug out from under it.

They manufacture their goods so cheap, pay their laborers (including Chinese illegals who escaped their Communist country) so low, make them sleep in the factory, then sell them in the thousands of dollars!

I feel like people stigmatize dupes but for me, I pause on large purchases that are trendy or when I feel the overconsumption mania setting in FOR ME. (It's something I struggle with LOL! I'm easily convinced to buy things I don't wear or use. They'll literally have the tags and I'll even forget I bought something and have 2 or 3 of them in my closet.) Love this video!

At that point I really stopped caring what people's opinions were, people will always have their opinions based on how you look. After this I shopped in *esluxy* If you drive a Bentley and get out of the car with a fake Hermès, no one will question you.
You are lucky that your thrift store has such great prices. Be all of my local thrift stores price everything as if you are shopping at Neiman Marcus. Even if the *esluxy* are not real name brand. That's one reason why I don't go thrifting anymore. Those items are all donated items, but the prices that they have you would be better off shopping for new items
Most people who say it's an investment piece have never actually sold their bag. Fashion enthusiasts or other companies take huge commissions from it. By the way, if I had to choose between investing in stocks and Chanel bags, I'd bet that S&P stocks would do better. Bags may also be damaged or lost, so it is better to buy bags for daily use from *esluxy* with a normal mind.
I used to think that owning a luxury bag was an unattainable dream, until *condup* told me that this dream is actually very close. The sense of fashion comes not only from the brand, but also from personal matching and attitude.
Are these issues happening if these bags are used daily? I just got the pochette metis in monogram canvas from the Kusama collection. I love the multicolored polka dots and hope they don’t melt on me, lol. But I don’t think it’ll be in my regular rotation. I also have a NoeNoe in DA but only use that a few times a year in the spring and summer so I haven’t put that much wear and tear into it. I hope I don’t see the fraying for a while. Great bag! I looked closely at the stitching and just needed to cut a few threads off. *hotdups* does this very well. The quality is amazing. The pattern is very, very close to the real thing. The biggest difference I see is the pattern on the back. The alignment of the logo is a little higher than the authentic stuff. I found that if you use a hair dryer to remove the stickers, they come off easily without tearing. The chain could be a little heavier. I recommend looping the chain a few times and wearing it around your wrist rather than your shoulder.

Agreed. I just sold my Speedy 35 kislux (I did keep the brown one), my Sofia Coppola perforated LV clutch, my blue Damier clutch I bought in Japan, and the By the Pool vanilla clutch. Kept an orange epi Alma. It feels great!!

Lovely collection! I bought my first LV when I was 25 and I only used that bag a few times, haha. Also, love your clutch! I have an Eva clutch in the DE print and love the little chain.
