See for me, it's hard to call anyone 'villain' in this story: The kid has no idea about anything other than his mom being irl Plastic-Man. And the cops only ever see an escaped giant menace a woman and child before knocking the woman and encapsulating said child in seconds. Though the mother and teacher seem to be the far more guilty characters. The mother escaped a place that clearly experimented on her, though how much blame can be put on the corpses of the workers that were in her basement is questionable, especially the woman she took over (brings into question how the boy was even born, was the worker pregnant before the mother made her into a disguise? Possible replication like single celled organisms?). And the teacher bearing the same guilt. Seemingly had the best intentions at the start. Though she had alternative motives judging by the fact she brought him to the factory probably knowing they didn't have his best interests in mind. Also the fact she's also an employee at the place puts her care of the boy into more scrutiny
I actually see mommy as one of the least likely villains, she had to escape the factory given the conditions and treatment and it was likely that she just took on a human form, having had the child while in the facility while human as they experimented on adults before going to kids, meaning she took him with, for there is no visual of the boy getting anything changed, he could have had these powers before and just not known how to use them, the body bags were because of all the people she had to kill in order to leave, which also explains why he seemed so desensitized to it, he saw it happen, only being affected by mommy’s death as she was the only person who really cared for him
The teacher is because it is shown she only did it to get the kid which is baby skinny legs and experiment on him it’s shown at the end she is a play time worker
To make this shorter the teacher is the villain for trying to take the boy away from his mother even though she didn't know but he was happy with being with her so it was obvious that that was his mom and mommy long legs is just trying to keep the boi safe in all conditions and last of all the father is daddy long legs if u don't know him search it up bu t they had a baby but they had to split up so mommy long legs decided she will take the baby and keep him safe

Upon seeing Mommy's horrifying body and behaviour, she is seen as a threat by that other employee, who then tries to withdraw the child from her. However, far from being a danger to the child, Mommy Long Legs is actually very protective towards her son and in return see the other employee as a threat as well. Eventually, Mommy Long Legs is killed by the local police while sacrificing herself to protect her boy from an accidentally shot bullet. 5) The other employee suspects the now-orphan child to share her mother's abilities, and hence brings him to the secret facility of Poppy Playtime Company. I am still unsure about the other employee's motivations though: - Did she initially intends to neutralize Mommy Long Legs to preserve the Company's secret? Or to even bring her back to the facility at some point? - Does she brings the child to the secret facility simply because he's now an orphan? Or because he knows too much? Or because he may be used as a potential guinea pig for the Company's goal of creating living toys? Did she really suspect him to share the same abilities as his mother, and thus thinks that he could replace Mommy Long Legs' role at some extent? If I have misunderstood anything in the story, please rectify me! Thank you!
i think the teacher is a one of the finders hired by factory. To fine the mommy-long leg, Finders already read about the important info : mommy-long leg's pregnancy so she became the children's teacher and waited for that day like any other finders. just guess : )

I'm not sure, but the only thing I can presently think of is that they are some kind of electronic device, that may be used to track the children, maybe hurt them if they step out of line, or maybe end them if they fight back and hurting them doesn't stop them.
