I cant afford an extra amp just for drumsounds right now. Digitech trio looks interesting.
@@gammaraygem Not a problem. That's correct as to your question. You want to keep the amp clean ideally to get the best results. You could route the drum/Mixer output of the SDRUM to a 2nd channel on your amp if it has one. As long as the amp is clean, it will sound fine.
Quick advice: Just save up and buy a beatbuddy. That product set the standard, it has 10 different versions for every drum sample. So every snare or kick gets a ranomized sample which makes it sound like a real drummer. Products like SDRUM and Boss RC-10R fail to live up to the Drumcomputer in pedal form standard set in 2014 by Singular Sound, which is a damn shame. Yes it's cheaper, which justifies the lower quality but Digitech offers no alternative that is of higher quality. So is this the best you can do Digitech?

This device popped up on one of my feeds. "Yawn" Another 300 dollar pedal disguised as a Looper and a drum machine. Will explore this device further-Video was helpful in at least causing me to look into this device more, but my first question is:
If you create a complete song-Let's choose "All Along The Watchtower"-All of your beats (Verse, Chorus etc.) are saved Correct?
Everything is saved with the song
@@ThePedalGuy Thank you Sir!! Now the real test comes in trying to figure out how this would attach to a Quad Cortex out to a Laney LFR 112
@@michaelpal7641 that should be an easy connection
Just a question ... If i already have a trio+ should I buy a sdrum ???? Thank you for all your precious suggetsions and your passion in sharing your experience !!! (RR form Italy)
Hi Ruggero. Thanks for your question. There's really no need as you won't be able to sync them up. The TRIO is a standalone product.
@@ThePedalGuy Thank you so much ! Keep on going with the great videos your making !
Just one more quetsion about TRIO * : I noted that using a amp teh volume of guitar is very low compared with the Trio+ volume. I guess taht I have to keep the 2 exuits separate sending the trio+ at the mixer and the guitar t othe amp or to a separate channel on the same mixer ... Any suggetsions ??
@@ruggeroromano6028 Thanks for the kind words. Yes, ideally you would want to go from the TRIO to a mixer or PA for the drums&bass and a separate output to the amp for the guitar.
@@ThePedalGuy thanks you so much !!!
is digitech still in business ?
Brian Post yes
Not in the looper business, everything they offer feels outdated too me.
Just found this channel. Lost all my gear in a fire a few years back and trying to get some new gear together.
Looking for a stompbox to practice with. Can this go into a Marshall DSL20CR ? (which i am looking to buy).If i use gain it will distort the drums like hell i guess? Thats a problem i had with my old stuff, plus, my Boss DR660 did not have a footswitch to STOP.
n thanks for the question. If you use the gain on your amp to distort it will distort the drums.
@@ThePedalGuy thank you for the swift response ! So if a review or specifications say a drum pedal can go in a pedal board, does that still cause the same problem when i want to use the gain channel? I play blues and rock.Guitar. Sorry, maybe i sound stupid, but i was out of the electric thing for a while and still catching up with the newest tech.
@@ThePedalGuy Thank you !
How to off fill in
Watch all of the SDRUM videos. Your question will be answered.
Can it do more than Rolling Stones inspired covers?
Don Key lol. It can do whatever type of song you want to play.
The peddle peddlers peddling peddles again!
Gonna be waiting the clone of this gadget..😂😂😂
Quick advice: Just save up and buy a beatbuddy. That product set the standard, it has 10 different versions for every drum sample. So every snare or kick gets a ranomized sample which makes it sound like a real drummer. Products like SDRUM and Boss RC-10R fail to live up to the Drumcomputer in pedal form standard set in 2014 by Singular Sound, which is a damn shame. Yes it's cheaper, which justifies the lower quality but Digitech offers no alternative that is of higher quality. So is this the best you can do Digitech?
It’s cute but no.....Many variables I could see a lot happening wrong on stage With it
Perhaps the BeatBuddy would be more up your alley
Your voice audio is very muffled... makes it pretty hard to understand you without turning everything up.
It's a cool pedal! Probably going to end up getting one of these to go with my Jamman.
Jeff Hendricks thanks for the feedback. We’ll look into adjusting that for future videos.
2:15 is where it actually starts
this pedal is ridiculously complex to use. Going from learning to playing is just hell
Try the BeatBuddy
Sounds like an Alesis drum machine I once owned... around 1993... sorry, but my ears bleed!
Do us all a big favor and stop with the cheesy sub sales bit in front of every video. If people like you, they will subscribe to your channel. It’s that simple. Most people will respond negatively to your sales pitch period, and NOT become a sub.
Ok….🤷♂️
It’s called a “call to action,” and decades of marketing research says they work.
In case you are performing a show of 20 songs, each time to begin a song you have to create the pattern ? No sense
Ok…
Amazing!! Does this work on Acoustic Guitars with PickUps? Thanks
Shouldn’t be a problem
