Hi guys and thanks for stopping by! In this video I will share with you all the items I carry in my duty bag…from CAT tourniquets to fingerprint dust, extra handcuffs to dog leashes and treats! There are so many things police officers carry along with them everyday! I also go more in depth with the different documents a supervisor carries with them and why as well as additional equipment for officers and some extras many people may not think of!
Also a huge shout out to my favorite Instagram electrician, lower_48...I tend to call screw drivers what they are: plus or minus, but whatever you decide to call them,

People might think it’s weird but having a small impact driver with a socket attachment is very useful for unscrewing something or tire change etc

The 6-Ps => Proper Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. "Over prepared?"...an officer in Texas carrying snow boots in July would be over-prepared...short of that, you're good to go. 😂
Edit: Btw I have the same screwdriver...the part you pulled out has 2 different sizes (i.e. the ends you pointed to can be pulled out, so each side has a Phillips & slotted of a different size). But wait...there's more....pull out the silver shaft to reveal even more goodies. 😉 It's a 10-in-1 tool...8 different bit sizes and where the bits and bit holder fits in can be used on 2 sizes of hex nuts.

Hello beautiful Leutinet nice set up I have a velcro first aid pouch on my tatical vest with both M-4 carbine soft mag holders. I'm on my 25 years this year. You should put some of your stuff on your vest. Also keep your back free incase fighting on the ground with perps. Great video.

Wow! That is awesome! I’m so excited for you! My nails in that video and most times are impress press on nails cut short and filed. I stopped salon nails when covid arrived and have loved the time it saves. I do love long nails but it isn’t practical with two small kiddos. Thank you so much for watching! 💙

You forgot the most important part! Where do you keep the snacks for when you get stuck out for hours on end and your partner is hangry? Side note, I totally will be adding baby wipes to my bag.
I usually respond to the more serious calls so I can bring some from my office if I need to…that’s a great point though!! I ALWAYS have my large water with me too! When I was an officer, I brought all kinds of snacks in my cooler that made up my whole shift of eating though! I can’t wait until you use the wipes! Because I’m sure you will at some point or another! Be so safe out there! 💙
@@copmom911 Rather, i find that under the circumstances one should always be in constructive possession of at least 3 snickers bars. As every female and gay male knows (but heterosexual men seem to never know) there is a LOT of crap you can diffuse with a snickers bar- they're literally more useful than a firearm.
Very nice video and bag set up. I kept dog food cookies for dogs and cat food and cookies to. Do a city belt set up! You are a beautiful police officer. I get guy partners all the time Lol. CSI people do all of our finger printing never patrol officers or supervisors.

Yes, thanks. A handcuffing resource when you have multiple arrests and may not have enough handcuffs!

4:20 If you Restrain an Arrestee with Zipties, do you just use one Ziptie to bind their Wrists together, or do you loop them like Handcuffs?.

I agree. If I was running a channel like you do, would not share the state, which is better than letting everyone know what state and even city you are in. Thank you for your service. Take care of yourself, be safe and remember to really enjoy your time off with your family as I have seen over my long carer too many of my fellow sworn and even civilian members turn this into their identity. As you know, when they retire they do not know what to do and depression sets in along with other bad mental health issues. Hello, I am wondering if you get a DWI, Are your chances of becoming a police officer over? I have 20 credits left of a criminal justice degree, and I recently just got a DWI, I have nothing else on my record, I hardly ever drink, it was a bad choice, and I chose to drive myself home that night, I got pulled over because I had a taillight out, and he smelled alcohol on my breath, Ive been very upset this past month because I feel like my chances of becoming a police officer are gone. I'm sorry this is off topic, but I am just wondering if you would know anything regarding my issue. Thank you so much!
Ouch man thats terrible to hear. Might be bad news for you getting on. Things like that are taken so seriously in the hiring process ESPECIALLY if its recent and you would like to be an LEO shortly after that. Anything is possible, but I'm willing to bet your chances might be slim to none for now.
That all depends on the agency...that is a very serious offense for a prospective police officer to have. I have seen already hired officers recover from that charge with very long suspensions, much different than a prospective employee though. I have also seen officers be terminated for serious offenses from agencies and get picked up by another agency...especially now when so many agencies are in need of officers

Never in a million years would I ever of thought I would get a DWI as I am keen on sober cabbing my buddies even if they have 1 drink and getting a ride from family or friends if I've consumed any alcohol regardless of how much. I just have to live with my very, very poor choice , learn from it, hope for the best. Stay safe, god bless.
@@buffalochinarider9096 Yeah man, It is not like me to operate a vehicle even after one drink. A month before it happened, I took my buddies keys away from him and talked him down from driving drunk, my family is shocked that I made such a foolish choice because it is not like me. The only thing I can do is move in, learn from this, and maybe pick a new profession to pursue.
I was stopped by 2 female police once as I walked home they told me if I did as they said they would let me go they handcuffed me searched me which I said I had nothing which I didn't and after 10 mins they let me go don't know why but because I was so nervous as a 34 year male I think it made them think I had something 🤔

Well, they provide the tool to remove them ☹️ we are not trying to increase pain for anyone...our local EMS is great and usually arrives very quickly to assist anyone who has been tased
