      Justin Khanna it’s actually a very plain glutinous rice cake consumed on Chinese New Year. In the Philippines it’s usually dipped in egg and pan fried then sprinkled with sugar. So it was interesting to see it presented the way it was in the restaurant!

    Wow the main dish ended up being cold? Talk about obsessing over the details and missing the big points. I'm a home cook, and I fixate on all food coming out at the same time hot.
