Dusk is without a doubt the best of its kind. There are so many old school pixel artstyle fps games out there, but nothing comes even close to dusk, simply a masterpiece.
Support for Quake maps is massive. That alone will be responsible for countless hours of extra content, not to mention Dusk's full SDK. Can't wait to see what the community comes up with.
An absolute masterpiece, your game got me into this type of indie / boomer shooter game genre and I really can't find any better shooters than these games. You really put AAA titles to shame. And now you made Dusk even better, if such a thing was even possible. Your other titles are also amazing and I enjoyed them a lot. Glad to be able to support you. Love you guys !
Adding support for maps from other games is one of the coolest things I've ever seen. Can't wait to give this game anotehr go. Loved it my first several playthroughs, what a cool reason to go back for another round.

Dusk is a perfect representation of when games are made with passion, people will buy it, love it and defend it. The music, atmosphere, voice acting, gunplay and most importantly, tempo is top notch. Dusk feeds the part of your brain that receives dopamine with level and enemy design. It's fast paced gameplay constantly keeps you on your toes and demands your full attention. Also, Andrew Hulshult is an amazing composer, the eerie atmospheric tracks Ashes to Ashes, Dusk to Dusk unsettles you, but tracks like Burn In Hell pumps adrenaline in your veins. And in the end, you're addicted. You want more. More to fight, more sights to see, more cultists and eldritch horrors to blast. And Dusk HD being a free update ? That's another topic. Just bravo, I got my money's worth, and I highly recommend it. Long story short. Dusk is awesome. So is New Blood, hats off.

Have to say, after playing through it some this is such a huge upgrade. Emphasis on upgrade as opposed to improvement. Because the game was already amazing as is but, this has given the game so much extra life and everything looks so great. Good job y'all, so much fun.
Played through Dusk a little over a year ago, and it kicked off a wave of my playing and beating multiple boomer shooters: Prodeus, Ion Fury, Quake (had never played it), Amid Evil. All of these games are extremely awesome and I look forward to returning to Dusk

And what about the cut enemies and/or bosses? Though I will say, the cut enemies and bosses (if any) will rather not be part of the main campaign, just the SDK so people can add more variety.
