You are going to need a hot air gunGet ABS plastic sheets and for them to your door card

Yes it did, we had a lot of rain here recently and no water on the doorcards!
Awesome, I'm in the process of redoing mine myself. The water comes through the window seals on the doors so thats the next thing that will be refurbished.
