Great video, I came late to muskie fishing, I have the lures including the suick, I just never had anyone explain what I needed to know. Thanks and keep up the good work.
Thanks for sharing this. I’ve put my Suicks aside as they required proper adjustment and I didn’t want to waste my time on it. Now I see the way forward with them. Thanks again and greetings from Russia!
I'm dying to catch a monster muskie, I've got several nice pike, now the hunts on for the tiger,I've purchased the suick thriller and now I'm just waiting on my moment 👍
I take a 10day trip 1 time a year to northern Ontario and I'm just hooked on Musky and big pike fishing. I learn a lot from UA-cam. After watching your channel and how much you talk about suicks I am going to add this bait to my box. Have a universal color and or model you recommend? Appreciate again the advice and vids. Look forward to learning more.
Bell sinker off the front hook works pretty good or me. Just put the bell sinker off the hanger with a small split ring rather then on the same split ring as the hook so it doesn’t interfere with hooking.
do you have any recommendations for shallow water, like a foot deep, because the the river where I go, they like swimming in the shallows and they don't want to bite anything
+GregK9 no. Typically when you tune a thriller and bend the corner of the tail it is a creased bend. Instead you would bend it is such a way that it isn't creased but a rounded bend. Does that make sense?
+Land Whale there is a new system out that allows you to put your own weights wherever you want. Very inexpensive. I'll have a video out Monday or Tuesday about it.

Great video! I'm only 90 miles from their factory and was born in Antigo. Been using Suick's all my life. They do catch fish!
the first muskie's I caught were on suicks. above the Delaware water gap.

+Mntinxtreme can't go wrong with all black anywhere. Best to experiment with what works for your area.
do buzzbaits work on muske? i have a bucktail with a buzz bait. could have sworn it was for muske
Yes. Muskies will eat most anything if it is in front of them.
I have a friend that throws large buzzbaits for muskie
Good video on the Suick.
great video keepem coming
+Kurt Riedmuller thank you
another great video
+Western Pa Anglers thanks!
If I don’t have the weighted model can I hang a bell sinker off the front hook? Or would that have a negative impact on the action.
Best to just experiment. Weight kits are available to be able to add different weight options and they are super easy to install.

1 piece or 2 piece rod..what is the best application of each??thank you for the video..
One piece rod. I personally don’t use to piece at the moment
Great video! How about reviewing the phantom or hell hound?
+ON Musky Quest glide baits are on the list.

+Jesse Rau are you asking baits in general or Suick thriller use in shallow water?
nice bait.
Not sure what you meant by rounding the tail's corners - you mean hit em with a file or grinder?
+GregK9 no. Typically when you tune a thriller and bend the corner of the tail it is a creased bend. Instead you would bend it is such a way that it isn't creased but a rounded bend. Does that make sense?
Ahhh....gotcha. Thanks!
+GregK9 no problem, glad I was able to clarify!
so I don't need 12 bar fighters? these work the same eh?
+Tooth Tamer which one has been around the longest? There is a reason for it!
Do they hit on the pause usually?
+Daniel Fetchak yes. Typically they will hit on the pause when the bait is rising. However they can and will hit anytime.
But do they catch fish?
Duh…
i wish they had a weight transfer in these. they helicopter way too often

A suick is a jerkbait??
Yes. Jerk, pull pause...
@@GettingCrushedTV thanks i thought thry were surface baits , might be getting one tomorrow
Suick makes a surface bait, but the “thriller” is a jerk bait.
@@GettingCrushedTV ahhh ok i see now thabks for the response
You’re welcome
