Oh wow brother this is probably my most favorite bible release to date! Your choice for black and red is my pick to, just amazing I might get rid of a bible or two for one its that appealing😍😍😍😍😱😱Thanks for sharing.
I heard you mention that you met on Saturday does your church keep the Sabbath I used to back in 1970 onwards in the worldwide Church of God with Herbert W Armstrong and Garner Ted Armstrong.
I was so close to going with a R.L. Allan longprimer. Then I stumbled across this beautiful Canterbury full size. The King English sealed the deal. I'm a KJV man only.
Aren't they the same thing ? Could be wrong but I thought KJV= Authorized Version, and that the only differences are the Cambridge edition (PCE) and Oxford edition, and only differences in spelling
I went with the full size Canterbury in green goatskin because I wanted the full effect and it’s for at home. I can’t wait to get it in the mail. The Canterbury has the most elegant and readable inside that I’ve seen. I also bought a water buffalo hand size from CBP- my two favorite Bibles by far. :)
Just a follow up. Have both the full sized Canterbury and personal sized Canterbury in goatskin. Amazing quality. Makes you want to read them just to hold them. Very clear font.
Okay. This sold me. I wall save up for the Schuyler Canterbury KJV Personal Bible. I was pretty sure I wanted the Canterbury, I was just not sure which I wanted more - standard size or personal size. Based off your review, what I am getting this Bible for, personal size is the perfect fit for me. Plus, it had the one extra feature I really wanted - the glossary (I already have study Bibles with great concordances). Thanks for the review! It was helpful for me.
Have you done a review of the brown Canterbury? I can’t seem to find one on UA-cam......if you haven’t would you consider doing one? Your reviews are really good and I am probably going to get the brown one. Thanks for the great reviews!!
Wow! What a beautiful Bible! The one bible that makes me WANT to immerse myself in King James! Great review and videography, thanks for always being awesome :)
This is probably the one I’ll buy after I find another job and save. As my Church uses KJV. Not KJVO but that’s their preference. This is beautiful indeed. What a blessing. Pray that God help me with this if it be His will.
Travis Wake I love the KJV -I’m presently recording an audio bible in the KJV because I love listening to it. -and reading out of the Canterbury. -such a great edition.
I was enjoy good Bible reviews. That's why I tune in. And I enjoyed these two comparisons it's something I would love to own. I would love to hear your Bible reading also. One thing I would like to point out and I think it might be helpful. As you're speaking of reviewing the Bible I hear music in the background. I like the music and I like your voice however I find your voice to be moving faster than the Temple of the music. So I would suggest a faster Tempo Music or for you to speak a little slower. Just a suggestion. But what do I know. Joy your journey my friend
Good to see a young bother like you who does not just read modern versions but takes the time to read and learn the KJB. Very important. Speaking of Kings English Glossary I highly recommend this book as a companion to a KJB: www.amazon.com/gp/product/156848075X/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Takes a little effort to dig that well with the KJB but really not that difficult and one will find that the water is pure and refreshing.
Schuyler is the gold standard to which other bibles are judged. I honestly can't think of a feature I don't like or a feature I would like to be done differently.
David have you heard if Schuyler plans on doing the fullsize Canterbury in the thinline version like the Nasb they did? Grace, mercy and peace to you brother in Christ.
Great Bible review. I don't have a premium bible yet. I'm waiting to treat myself when I finish reading the whole bible. When I do finish my first cover to cover read I'm thinking I'll get the Schuyler PSQ NASB in Imperial Blue.

I love the Canterbury.
I got my full size Canterbury. Yesterday. Also a PSQ on the way. This one ..PSC ..when available..if can read PSQ.
THANKS. From Austin. UT 1971.

Glossary of King's English: "Thou art welcome, David."
Yes I loved my Schuylers over my Allans. Had to sell all of mine. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
Does it state anywhere that this bible is a Authorized KJV? I just wanted to see before I bought one! Thank you !!!
Aren't they the same thing ? Could be wrong but I thought KJV= Authorized Version, and that the only differences are the Cambridge edition (PCE) and Oxford edition, and only differences in spelling
*Forgot to mention, the personal size is red letter whereas the full-size is black letter.
The other one you are referring to is the Leather Overboard. Looks real nice as well
So all the personal size are red letter? Or can a guy get it in black letter?
Travis Wake that’s correct. The personal is red letter and the regular size is black.
Eww, I don't like red letter.
Prayers for your audio reading as well my friend.
Travis Wake thanks!! Having fun! -working on Revelation now.

Hi Dave, what Bible would you recommend for someone's first premium Bible?
Sorry to reply so late, did you settle on one?
I’m going to order the full size, in KJV this week. If it’s as good as it looks I’ll get the personal size next.
Just a follow up. Have both the full sized Canterbury and personal sized Canterbury in goatskin. Amazing quality. Makes you want to read them just to hold them. Very clear font.
Is it still AVAILABLE? Where.

I don’t know what verse by verse means? Can anyone tell me if you have the time?. thanks Howie
I think it means that each verse is separated line by line. So the verse starts in a new line and not in the middle of the page. Not 100% sure.
Have you done a review of the brown Canterbury? I can’t seem to find one on UA-cam......if you haven’t would you consider doing one? Your reviews are really good and I am probably going to get the brown one. Thanks for the great reviews!!
I haven't done one like the others, I only have this one from a while back: ua-cam.com/video/Ge32Vasyy2g/v-deo.html
Thanks for the link I’ll check it out!

So I just got my brother an NIV Quentel and I am blown away by Schuyler...I have all Allan Bibles but I think I may need to get the Canterbury 😁
Yeah, Schuyler has got some really good stuff.
Yeah I was expecting the Schuyler to be a Cambridge by a different name....I couldn’t have been more wrong !!
Yeah, they were similar when Schuyler 1st came out, but they've done a great job at distinguishing themselves.
SA Tabernacle Gonna order the Canterbury today thanks brother...pray your ministry continues to grow!
Thanks Joel! -I know you'll enjoy it.
What’s the difference in font size in the large Canterbury and personal size? please

I have not heard anything like that.
I really enjoy your channe!
thank you Karen!
What is the Bible paper like to write on? No bleed through from your notes? Thanks for your video.
no bleed through but some ghosting. My wife writes a bunch in her PSQ and has not had an issue. -we both use Pigma Micron 005's
If you could only have 1, full size or PSQ, which would you choose and why?
Z Bob -full size. More room for writing and it’s very comfortable to read.

David Kolstad that's sounds like fun! -and great choice btw.
Love it. the Bible is a blessing and very well made as Schuylers are. That black with red inlays is beautiful. God Bless
yes, they are my favorite. -bless you sir!
