Your work is magical each character comes to life with a sense of fun. Your art makes these paints shine, both are beautiful. Thank you for a great video.
Thanks so much for sharing your demo of JD's watercolor pallet!! Michaels have the 50% off this week so I'm going to be picking up both this week along with a few other supplies I think I need!! Thanks so very much. I love your girl faces. They are wonderful.
Oh my hat, when THESE arrive in South Africa I will be the FIRST to buy them!!! I'm in love with the brights... you are such a lucky fish to have them already! Jealous!!! 😜😂😄😄😄😘
Thanks for the info! My grand daughter hangs out with me in my studio often, she's gotten so good that it's time to upgrade her to better supplies. So I ordered this for her. She'll love these great colors I'm sure. Then as she needs more I can refill them with my good paints. The tin is just too cute.
I am so late to the game! I just bought the last 2 my Michael's had of these watercolor pallettes. I just unwrapped them last night and swatched them out. Thanks for sharing how to use them for skin tones.
Oh sure thing!!! I can't believe you were lucky enough to even find them! I gave mine to a student/friend (who lives in South Africa - she was never going to get some!!!) and haven't been able to find any to replace mine yet. But no worries, I have 8 million others, haha! Art supply junkie I am afraid! Glad you found the video helpful, enjoy your new toys!!
Karen Campbell, Artist . That's what it looks it . They look really bright . I'm a sucker for bright colours and I don't really paint in watercolour ! Lol. I use acrylic mainly and I use them like watercolour
thanks for sharing!!! I don't think those are in Romania, but no fuss, there are many other art products out there to try! I like the neutrals, and because I draw and paint a lot of faces, I know how important are skin tones!!! 😎💖
Thanks so much for the video Karen. Wow! These are $AU46 per palette in Australia where I live, and there are NO Coupons. I don't understand why retailers have never offered coupons here. It is difficult to buy art supplies here if you are on a budget. I loved watching you paint and create these amazing girls. Thanks again!:-)
Hey Di! Yes, I understand it is quite difficult to buy these in a lot of places in the world. In fact, shortly after I recorded this video I mailed these very two sets to one of my students in South Africa because she couldn't get them at all! Since you are in Australia can you get supplies from Jane's store directly? I know she sells loads, but wasn't sure about her Michael's line. Just remember to have fun with whatever limited supplies you can get your hands on. It's easy to get caught up in the hype to collect supplies (trust me, I am super duper guilty of this) but at the end of the day you can still 100000% have a blast with just a few rockin' materials! And sometimes it even gets those creative juices flowin' a little bit harder because you have to really think outside the box. Thanks for watching and commenting, have a great day!!!
Yes, that's where I priced them at $46 each!! I agree that you can be so much more creative with fewer supplies. I usually just buy a couple of each new product to try before getting more, that way I don't end up with stuff I don't use. However I do agree with you, it is so tempting to keep buying LOL.
Susan Hill oh yaaaaaay! I just got your order! It is my exact process for drawing faces, step-by-step, you won't be disappointed, I promise ❤️ Shipping out first thing!
Ashley Hall Thanks! No I am just using only Jane's watercolors! The first painting is with her neutral palette only and the second I used a combo of the brights and neutrals. Just on cheap watercolor paper, Canson cold press, 90 lbs. Let me know if you have any further questions, I'm happy to answer them!
What paper are you using...new to your channel ..love your work...I can not seem to buy the right sort of papar...it buckles everytime I paint even when taping it down...grrrrrrr...please please and thank you
Karen, what type of black ink pen you used to outline the girl drawn using tge neutral palette??? Did you use the Inkcredible pen to line the bright palette girl???
RE ABERILLA yes, I have since realized that these colors are not unique to Jane and manufactures create the same pans for different companies under different names. Aaahhhh....as usual, it's all about good marketing to see who sells the most!
But, I applaud on her for winning the hearts of these women who likes to "doodle", and think that all these watercolor palettes are "candies"!!! I bought some, myself! Holy cow!!!!hahaha
The girls came out amazing as usual! I love to watch you create! You really inspire me with your videos, thank you!!
I'm so glad you like the videos!!

Hi, are you using alcohol based markers with this? And is this a certain type of paper? Your drawings are absolutely beautiful!
