Sourdough Pastry With Strawberry Jam

Fabulous and delicious sourdough pastry recipe with strawberry jam and Mozzarella cheese filling.

Here are the ingredients
For the Dough:
1/2 cup active sourdough starter
1/2 cup whole milk
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 large eggs at room temperature
3 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of non-iodized salt
For the Filling:
3/4 cups of strawberry jam (or any jam)
3 slices of Mozzarella cheese (or 1/3 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese)
