- Shell Washtec Softcare Pro in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield. This was the top program and the car wash cost £5.00. The overall wash was pretty good how ever the drying could be better. SoftCare's identical to this one would've once been found all over New Zealand.....however 10 years ago Shell sold off their NZ operations, leaving us with Z, so all of those machines were re-brushed with plain orange brushes, and then again with orange & dark-blue in 2018.
They're just simple, fast machines that get the job done :). Got to say i enjoy your carwash videos, especially the Ryko ones :D

@@carwashfanaticuk We've still got a few modern Ryko's. There's a few Emotions 3's (updated Excels) at a few Mobil's, were the original intended machine to be used to replace older machines. but Ryko stopped producing them in 2015, so Mobil switched to the (far superior) Istobal M'Nex 22. There's also the Radius Touchless machines at some Caltex sites, which I am VERY keen to do one day, but they're all on the South Island, nowhere near me.
