- Through this channel, food from around the world is cooked in traditional Sri Lankan ways using Sri Lankan spices. I am bringing you how to prepare even new types of food in a rustic way with a rustic taste. Also I show how the people of our country used to cook and live in the traditional way.
Some opportunities of the current lifestyle are also presented here. However, I create videos by giving priority to the past, tradition and customs.
Don't think that all this is 100% the past. I would also like to say that there are some flaws and differences due to an attempt to recreate the past from the present.

The sounds from the surroundings are usually the sounds heard in the morning in a village and at night the chanting of pirith takes place in the houses and temples of the villages. They are finished in the morning. They are what you hear at the beginning of the video.
The food in this video has not been altered at all and is shown as eaten in the past.

අපි හැමෝම හැම වැඩක්ම කරන්නෙ ජීවිතේ සතුටින් ඉන්නයි. සතුට කියන වචනය එක්කම බැදුනු දෙයක් තමයි නිදහස කියන්නේ. ඉතිං කලබලකාරී ජීවිතෙන් මිදිලා මොහොතකට හරි ලස්සන කොලපාට සොබාදහමත් එක්කම අපි ආසා කරන්න රස කෑමක් රසවිදින්න කොයි කවුරුත් කැමතියි. ඒක කාගෙත් මානසික සුවයට හේතු වෙනවා. මම මගේ සතුට විදීම සැනසීම දකින විදියට මම කැමති ඒ ලෝකය මම ඔබ වෙනුවෙන් මේ විදියට වීඩියෝ වලින් ගොඩ නගනවා.
බොහෝම ආදරෙන් බොහෝම වෙහෙස මහන්සියෙන් මේ වීඩියෝ නිර්මාණය කරන්නෙත් එඩිට් කරන්නෙත් වීඩියෝ කරගන්නෙත් උයන්නෙත් අස්පස් කරන්නෙත් ඔක්කෝම කරන්නේ මම විසින්මයි. ඉතිං ආදරෙන් මේ නිර්මාණ කරන්නේ මම වගේම වින්දනයක් ඇති තවත් කෙනෙකුගේ සිතට සහනයක් සැනසීමක් ගෙන දෙන්නයි. මේ මම කැමති මම විදින ජීවිතයයි. මම ලෝකෙ කොහේ ගියත් කෙදිනක කොතැනක ජීවත් වුනත් මම මගේ චූටිම ඉඩකඩ නිදහස් සාමකාමී සොබාදහමර බර වින්දනයක් සහිතව කෙසේ හෝ නිර්මාණය කර ගන්නා අයෙක්.
මම වීඩියෝ නිර්මාණය කරන්නේ සිත් නිවන්න මිස සිත් කෝප කරගෙන සිත් දවාලන්න නෙවෙයි . එය අවභෝධ කරවීමට මේ සටහන මේ විදියට එක් කරන්න හිතුවේ. නිර්මාණයක ඇති සුන්දරත්වය විදීමට තරම් යහපත් වූ නිවුනු සිත් සැමට ලැබේවා. දැවෙන ගැටෙන සිත් සුවපත් වේවා. මං ආදරෙන් උඩරට මැණිකේ.
